Probably the main entrance to the stairs, and the stairs themselves, but it was obvious that the property is being upgraded and that this area was still to be completed.

The location was very central in Pisa. The apartment was recently refurbished and in very good condition. The host was very helpful and collected me from the airport which was greatly appreciated, particularly as the flight was delayed and it was late evening.

The apartment is down a quiet medieval alleyway - with the entrance gate to the alleyway closed at 9pm for some reason, meaning I had to walk the longer way round.

Lovely room for a short stay, I enjoyed the little balcony. The place was spotlessly clean, and a very short walk to Borgo Stretto with shops, cafes and bars. The bed was comfortable, the room a good size, and the en-suite bathroom was well equipped. The host kindly offered to ferry me to the airport (for a small fee) which made things easy for my flight.

I booked a single room with a city view, but unfortunately, the view wasn’t towards city. There was also no coffee machine in the room, even though it was listed in the amenities. There were some 3-in-1 coffee sachets provided, which was a kind touch — but as a true coffee lover, I really missed having a proper machine coffee in the morning. ☕️ Overall, it’s a cozy and convenient place for a short stay in Pisa, especially for solo travellers. I’d recommend it for its location, comfort, and kind host.

The location was excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and all the main attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk from Pisa Centrale station, which made getting around very easy. The area was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night’s stay. The host was very friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant.

It was perfect for us and we couldn’t fault it!

We loved everything about the apartment especially our wonderful hosts Rabih and Antonio. They are extremely kind, friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them which they demonstrated on numerous occasions!! They also gave us lots of really useful information about the local area. The apartment is in a brilliant position for exploring all the sights of Pisa, which are within easy walking distance, and it is very close to restaurants and bars. It was spacious and clean. It has an excellent lay out and was generously equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the seating area was a nice relaxing space to socialise in.

Ideal location, very clean and the host is brilliant. The apartment was close to the piazzas, train station and landmarks. Well decorated and had everything and more-very well thought out by the host. The added bonus was he also offers pickups and drop offs at an additional cost which is so much more convenient than trying to find a cab!

The only negative about the apartment is that there are no curtains or blinds on the bedroom windows. I’m sure that the host will sort this once he knows that it’s a problem.

Rabih and Antonio were fantastic hosts! They gave outstanding attention to every detail before our arrival, and throughout the stay, they were always available to help us with anything we needed. The apartment has been recently renovated, and it looks great! We stayed in the 2-3 person room. The bathroom with a large shower, is as large as is needed, and it has a door separating it from the rest of the apartment. We used both the "matrimonial"-sized bed and the 1-person bed that doubles as a seat. Both were very comfortable. The kitchen area is an extension of the sleeping area. The AC and appliances worked well. There's a fair amount of night life in the area, but this isn't the most active zone of this university town. If you are coming primarily to see the Leaning Tower, it doesn't take too long to walk there from the apartment, and there are plenty of super-interesting things to see along the way.

Everything was very well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy for us to relax and feel at home. What really stood out was the host — absolutely wonderful! There was nothing I didn't like/

Firstly, let me say a big thank you to Rabih who during what was a crisis of not being able to get to the hotel because of the Italian bicycle race and it pouring with rain, did his best to help. His communication was excellent and once I'd arrived, he came around with an umbrella for me. The hotel is a mixture of apartment and rooms, very small, and is slightly difficult to find, but it's just off a main shopping street with a delightful small square with places to eat very close by. The room was spotless, tiny, but for one person for a couple of nights, is perfect. After being rained on and arriving exhausted, the shower with toiletries, was so welcome. There is a small fridge and tea and coffee plus a kitkat. If I ever have to stay overnight in Pisa again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Thank you Rabih.
