Close to the Coloseum, nice place

Could help better towels quality and some complimentary real glassware for drinks and complimentary coffee. Some places give that which add your experience.

You can hear everything from outside, Mostly clean but there is mould in the shower and The beds aren’t the most comfy

Needs to be repainted or cleaned well, size of shower, bathroom was hot and steamy.

Location was good and host was very attentive, but it just felt like it needs to be updated

The space was great and the host and cleaner were incredibly lovely people. The location is amazing if you want to be near the colosseum and some lovely places to dine out.

Seems to be a mould issue in the bathroom and this however has carried out into the main room. The lampshades had mould spores and the overwhelming smell of damp and cleaning agent was a little off putting in the room. There was a leak from the shower under the shower doors, this could be contributing to the mould and the little ventilation and the fact the building is heritage. However we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room. It was however a convenient place to stay given the location.

The location was perfect! So close to the Colosseum and walking distance to other places. As well as a 25 min walking distance to the central station. We used the electric steps to go around the city, very fun!

I can’t name anything, however on our last day we could hear the outside crowd through our windows at night. Even though the windows were closed. But other than that perfect.

Terrible room dirty walls, shower, kettle, TV and air conditioning(did not work) remote very filthy.Lots of dust on the lamps, the mini fridge. Shower hose is filty, the hairdryer plug covered with the electrical tape which is a massive electrical hazard as well.The room has very thin walls you can hear everyone coming in and out at night and its also close to the road which means you can hear everyone walking past. Overall, not a great experience at all, the pictures online do not represent the reality. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

It's comfortable for those who don't stay at the hotel a lot. Really close to the Colosseum.

There weren't any dishes at all. No cups, no cutlery, no shower gel. The kettle was a bit dirty

Traffic and people walking by talking. You could hear everything.

Great location, comfortable bed and host was welcoming at the beginning.

Can hear noise from the other rooms, can be loud when trying to sleep. One night there was loud banging from the room next door, we thought we were being broke in to and this continued for about 20 minutes.

Excellent location - five minutes walk to the Colosseum, less than ten minutes to the Metro station. Lots of restaurants and a little supermarket nearby. Fairly basic facilities but everything you need really - comfy bed, mini fridge, kettle, decent bathroom with towels provided. Blackout blinds in the bedroom were helpful.

Nothing to not like really. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and clean and in an amazing location.
