I can’t name anything, however on our last day we could hear the outside crowd through our windows at night. Even though the windows were closed. But other than that perfect.

The location was perfect! So close to the Colosseum and walking distance to other places. As well as a 25 min walking distance to the central station. We used the electric steps to go around the city, very fun!

Can hear noise from the other rooms, can be loud when trying to sleep. One night there was loud banging from the room next door, we thought we were being broke in to and this continued for about 20 minutes.

Great location, comfortable bed and host was welcoming at the beginning.

Nothing to not like really. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable and clean and in an amazing location.

Excellent location - five minutes walk to the Colosseum, less than ten minutes to the Metro station. Lots of restaurants and a little supermarket nearby. Fairly basic facilities but everything you need really - comfy bed, mini fridge, kettle, decent bathroom with towels provided. Blackout blinds in the bedroom were helpful.

While the bed was a good quality bed I didn't find it very comfortable. Too hard for our liking but might be at someone else's comfort level.

Location was amazing, right beside the Colosseum and within walking distance of most major attractions for anyone with a small fitness level. Surrounded by historic sites and plenty of restaurants. Staff we're extremely helpful and responded promptly to my messages and enquiries. Would love to stay here again.

Bed was too firm for me. We prefer a place with breakfast.

Location was very good. Easy walk to coloseum. Room was good but bed was too firm for me. I prefer to have breakfast included but we found local mini markets with fruit.

The only drawback was that there was a street on the other side and it was very noisy.

The property was perfect for my needs and they were extremely helpful with everything in my trip… if you enjoy spending most of your days exploring Rome and its amazing neighborhoods and just need a good location (behind the colosseum) clean and tidy room with a clean bathroom then this definitely works….

Bathroom very small, toilet was squashed in the corner and you had the sink in your face. Could have been a bit cleaner/modernised, was a bit run down. Check out was early at 10am and they didn’t have anywhere to leave bags except from the foyer where other guests would be in and out. We just needed to leave them for one hour to get breakfast but they wouldn’t let us leave them inside the room even though no one went in our room to clean or anything (my partner stayed while I got us take out breakfast and we waited in the foyer for one hour before getting our taxi and no one went in our room) We could have left them in there, it was bizarre. No staff on other than when someone is checking in/out and they require you to let them know what time you will be arriving so they can be there.

Great location for the colosseum and we got a good price. We stayed for 2 nights at the end of our trip before we flew back to Australia so it served its purpose. It was more like a guest house and the room was smaller than it looked on the pictures. Shutters on the windows helped as the view outside was not good and people were right outside your window

No safe which made us feel uneasy so had to bring our passports out everyday. Had to leave luggage in the reception area unattended so anyone could have taken them who stayed in the hotel.

The location was good right by the coliseum and good restaurants nearby.
