The staff were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was the best one possible. The facilities were great. All I have is praise for the hotel, the staff and also the location.

Everything was good.

Location was key of our stay in Marina di Ragusa. Hotel is 5 mins by walk from centre yet still on the lungomare. Perfect!!!

Since hotel is animal friendly there were a couple of dog barks throughout the night until everyone was settled.

Good hotel & nice pool - but pool bar is closed throughout most of the afternoon. Lido beach is across the street and it was perfect.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. The suite was very spacious, clean and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast offered a good variety of items to choose from. The staff were helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel lies along a lovely walk by the beach. Staff especially the director Ivan very helpful with everything you ask. There are padel courts 15 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is good, room large and bed comfortable.

Great location. Beautiful views from balcony. Spacious suite, beds comfortable. Very clean. Private parking. Host Ivan was great. Highly recommend.

Even though we were there during off-peak season at the start of a strong wind storm and hotel facilities were down to a minimum with no buffet breakfast, Ivan was there in the morning to prepare a coffee for us as there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

The property is on the main road within easy walking distance to the main piazza. We could easily park our cars within the gated premises at no extra charge. The room was suitably sized and very clean. The manager Ivan was super helpful and efficient

Wonderful staff! Pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfortable rooms with the sounds of the sea at night on the balcony. Delicious breakfast! Lovely garden setting. No car worries with gated on-site parking. Walk to the beach. Across the street from a great restaurant. Great base for exploring the region.

Entrance from car park is dire and no signage, also needs a lick of paint. Door lock didn't seem to work. Pool area needs a bit of work to make it fantastic, but easily achieved. The bar (could not tell it was a bar) everything needed repairs (woodwork). Young staff supposedly manning the bar, that was non existant no prices (even though they were extremely competitive), if you asked for a drink or ice it had to be brought from the main hotel! . Bar/pool staff could have been keeping the pool area swept and the sun beds clean rather than playing on their phones all the time. We did witness one staff member sweeping the un used table area but swept it so all the dust went into the pool and over residents. Overly personally attentive at times when quiet is required.

The pool was great. The breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of all amenities. Allowing us to take our own drinks around the pool. Most staff were friendly and eager to help.

The outside bar area needs to be refurbished as it was tired and not used by any of the guests.

The hotel was in a good location, across the road from the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

The manager is a gentleman and a scholar. Recommendations were fantastic . Dining and beach club.
