Very spacious, clean, good breakfast and amazing owners! Marco was very friendly, helped us get to the city and gave us tips on what to do in Florence. His family was also very nice to our dog, Ginger. We also had a little bed for her in our room 🖤 we would like to thank you for everything! Please make sure you save some space in the morning for the apple tart that Marco prepares freshly every morning for breakfast 🫣

Not really have any, the fancoil maybe a little bit old.

Easy check-in, the room was quite big, with a nice bathroom. You can park your car without problem. The place has a nice garden too. The host is very friendly, and he helped us a lot with useful information about the city. He also served us delicious cakes and cookies for breakfast which was handmade by him the day when we were there.

Italian heat. There was an ac unit but it didn't do much. A fan was provided and was the only thing cooling us off.

The host called immediately after booking to let us know our room would be ready (last minute trip) He made sure we had everything we needed. The property is so cute. We will definitely come back and stay again. Breakfast was also great.

Everything was very good. Very welcoming host, very good breakfast and super good cakes and coffee as well. Breakfast served on the terrace in the garden, 10 plus.

Marco is Amazing host! He contacted me on WhatsApp giving me all the check in details! Free parking, clean and spacious apartment with exceptional cleanliness! Breakfast was amazing with homemade baked cakes, great coffee! If you have a car, Marco's apartman is a MUST for staying!

The only downside was that the accommodation is a bit far from the city center.

Everything was great. The host was always kind and even recommended some good restaurants. If I visit Florence again, I think I’ll book this place again.

A little B&B on the outskirts of Florence. Marco was a great host and welcomed us with warmth. We only spent one night and had an early morning flight out of Florence. If you want to visit Florence but not pay an arm and a leg for a hotel in the town center, this is a great place to stay.

The room was large, with a nice bathroom and shower and a comfortable bed. Breakfast with homemade cakes was delicious. Parking and late check-in were available. Easily accessible from the autostrada.

From the moment you walk in the door Marco greets you with a welcoming smile. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and modern. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Each morning Marco prepares a very good selection of pastries (home made) cereals, bread with coffee machine, tea or juice. The time for breakfast was perfect too, with even having access early on the day of my departure. I felt very comfortable with total privacy of your own card and pin access. Marco communicated the check in process and my room was ready way ahead of time so I could just walk in when ready. I can totally see why Marco and his property is top rated. The train station Le Piagge is only a few KMs down the road and the bus stop straight out front of the B&B. Do not go past booking this property, you won't be disappointed 👏🇦🇺

Lovely spacious and clean room. Very friendly and helpful host Marcos. Great outdoor area and the breakfast was excellent with lots of options, some cooked by Marcos. Would be an excellent base to visit Florence and the region.

The property is little far from the city, so travelling without a car could be little difficult.

Marco was really nice, he speaks excellent English and the property is super clean, has double door with code. It also has a tree house which was cute. Marco served us the breakfast with different kinds of cakes cooked by him. Room was spacious and had a locker too. It had small refrigerator and AC. Overall we had a nice stay there.

The room needs some touchups. It just felt a little moist. Nonetheless it was very clean.

Just a suggestion, it would be nice to have a small shampoo and body wash.
