The AC could use a check-up maybe, just to ensure it's working properly. Also I believe it's only 1 card per room, which can be a challenge when with a group or a partner who is on a different schedule than you. But as mentioned, the door code solution can solve that (just don't forget your code!).

They were super friendly upon check-in, the apartment is right on a square so you step out and are immediately within the city. It was not too loud or anything at night, which was great. The AC wasn't super strong, but this felt rather common throughout our stay in Tuscany. The rooms offer a lot of space for the money, and they are pet friendly, which is great because we had a small dog with us. Some aspects of the apartment seem a bit outdated, but to be honest, I think it's a great spot to base out of for a little exploration of Lucca, which is a beautiful and cool city. Special mention: I got locked out of my room late at night and they answered me promptly with a temporary door code, which was a massive lifesaver, so thank you for that!!

An excellent location to explore the beautiful city of Lucca. Good size rooms with comfy beds. We were only here for one night but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Claudia was extremely hospitable and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to check in at 13:00, right after we arrived in Lucca, which was very convenient. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Despite the historic building, there is an elevator, which was a great plus. We had two separate rooms, each with its own air conditioner, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

A very large and comfortable apartment, with a lot of douche amenities and everything you need. The host is great, giving you advices for parking, restaurants etc. Very nice experience.

The most perfect location, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and great hosts who were very accommodating and helpful. Charming flat with history and all modern amenities needed. I will definitely come back!

Fantastic location rooms look onto Antifeatro. We were on third floor but there was a lift. Very clean and we were welcomed by Claudia who is available by phone if you need anything. Only negative WiFi intermittent.

Fantastic position overlooking the anfiteatro. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine, along with a lift and air-conditioning, and it has a great view looking into the anfiteatro. The bedroom is very large and comfortable.

Fantstic apartment with 2 seperate spacious rooms in a beautiful old stone building that backed onto the Piazza, top location. Claudia was amazing and full of suggestions re places to go. Highly recommend.

The Antifiteatro must be the "go to" place of any in Lucca. With numerous cafes, markets and street entertainment, the place has a constant buzz about it
