The bathtub didnt have anything to protect the water from splashing so the bathroom would literally flood after a shower

It was extremely clean, the staff (especially the lady serving breakfast who was so friendly and professional), the quality and variety of breakfast, the spectacular views, tranquility of the swimming pool and overall hotel grounds.

The pool area, for which I had partially chosen the hotel, was a bit under- used or under- cleaned, so much that we decided not to use it and this was mid July!

Beautiful grounds, the hotel interior was modern and artsy, clean and elegant. The restaurant was gorgeous and food wonderful, if a bit pricey at dinner.

This hotel is for having dinner in the restaurant. If not understand the situation of small hotels in Italy, it will be little bit difficult to stay here.

The location is beyond beautiful, so peaceful with the most incredible views. The staff were lovely, the room was comfortable and relaxing and the food was fresh and delicious. We went downstairs to the restaurant for dinner and it was such a fantastic experience. I'm gluten-free and the kitchen was so accommodating both at breakfast and for dinner. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Breakfast was wonderful fresh tasty fruit yoghurt pastries homemade cakes and also eggs and bacon served to your liking. Great coffee! Service was lovely and discreet. Staff were professional and happy and the evening meal was the icing in the cake fo Service attentiveness 5 star waiter 5 star menu and food … a beautiful evening in the garden with candles and lights …making the ambience a magical time. Very unexpected as we did not expect this much for a three star hotel. Superb achievement for the Family run hotel. The little extra was the wonderful Store attached with beautiful deli meats local cheeses wines and produce!

This beautiful place has a small hotel with all facilities, elevator and fridge in the rooms. It also has a refined restaurant. Located in the middle of the hills with breathtaking views, a nice garden and swimming pool right next to a little church make the setting idillic. The food is amazing, very recommended.

The air condition work not so well travel during the summer can create some hot during the stay but probably you can ask for the additional fan

The bath tub maybe hard for older people to get in and out of since there are no handles to hold on to when stepping in.

The rooms are very simple but the outside property and pool are lovely. The best part of our stay was the restaurant. The food was excellent. We stayed two weeks in Italy after but remember our dinner that night as our best during our vacation. Staff was very friendly.

The site on top of the hill is extraordinary. The view breathtaking. The quality of the food was outstanding, and so was the kindliness and hospitality of the family. Altogether, it was an outstanding stay. It is a place to return.
