The Lady at the reception was very kind, and the staff overall were quite friendly in our brief interactions with them. The hotel is next to the shore, and it is easy to get to the promenade for a nice evening walk after dinner. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as we highly recommend the pizzeria to the left of the hotel, but you might need a reservation, though.

Home made cakes with lots of love from this lovely Italian family! The lunch was with the same ingredients as above, lots of love home made food, nice atmosphere in the room with families and all sorts of people!

Location - 300m from the beach. Helpful staff, good breakfast especially for sweet breakfast lovers. Free parking on the street by hotel. Close to airport.

Hotel very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Lively in the evening, walking distance to Rimini. Very good food and excellent hosts. I would go back anytime.

Very nice family, let me to do late check out because of my flight. Very helpful. Every day cleaning a room, making bed, cleaning floor. Changing towels if you need. Perfect location bus stops. Beach. Restoranas. Breakfast - buffet. Enjoy your tomatoes, like at home. 😊 Thank you! ❤️

Very good location, next to the sea, next to the restaurants. We have booked a room for 3 people, but got 2 rooms apartment with 2 balconies and sea view. We enjoyed good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Fee parking next to the hotel.

Excellent family 👪 run hotel. The people here have big hearts and big smiles for you. In a good location away from the center but very closeby the main beaches and all is accessible by local bus right next door. The food is crazy crazy good. If you're used to a normal boring italian breakfast (a croissant and a coffee is NOT BREAKFAST), this place will pleasantly surprise you. They bake their own quick breads and cakes and serve 10 varieties!! There is lots of good stuff for anyone. For me, I like tea and lots of it, and the staff always always brings me hot water no matter what else is happening. They also serve lunch, dinner and drinks, but I didn't try it. I recommend this place, especially at a price under 45$

Really nice . Family run 2 star that has the heart (and breakfast) of a 4 star. The staff is very friendly, the location is on a super quiet street with open views from the balcony, and lots of nice beach close-by. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING! 😋

I just think when you are staying at a hotel you shouldn't have to pay extra for food that should be included in the buffet...3.50eur. for omelette with cheese, however, the selection for sweets was great, many cakes, jam, chocolate spread, yogurts. Unfortunately for people who prefer eating salty food in the morning, like me, I didn't had a great breakfast experience like i wanted by reading multiple reviews about the breakfast.

I stayed at the room la dolce Vita that i booked for my birthday celebration. Best room ever with a gigantic terrace with sea view, where me and my dog would sit and relax. The proximity with the beach is also great, not even 5min walk from the beach. There are many shops around and good restaurants and things to see and do. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are very friendly and they are always ready to just help you with anything.

- the hotel has zero acoustic isolation :( if you can handle noise that's probably not an issue, for me it was. My room was on the first floor, so all the noises from reception, lobby (that was busy at all times), dining room and patio were preventing me from sleep in the night, waking me up a few times in the night and early in the morning. I was using earplugs and still could hear every voice, every door shut, every chair pull, everything. Same goes for room above - you hear everything so unbelievably loud, including water flush 😂 I'd say that was the biggest drawback for me, as I couldn't truly rest. - uncomfortable bed - I could feel the springs through the mattress. Hopefully it was only mine that was a bit worn out ;)

- proximity to the beach - proximity to the restaurants and public transport - owners extremely nice and helpful - room cleaned every day, very efficiently, towels changed as needed - very nice breakfast - especially if you have a sweet tooth ;) there is at least 10 types of cake that are baked fresh at the hotel. There is also a selection of savory options, but not as wide (boiled eggs, some veg, cheese and ham). But in general breakfast was definitely a highlight
