The staff was friendly, professional, and offered help and advice with planning activities and suggested nice restaurants and cafes. The staff also arranged a visit to Murano for us which we enjoyed very much. The location is in a quiet and nice part of Venice. Breakfast was good and the staff during breakfast was also very nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Separate entry to the room we were in away from the front desk, like the building next door. But it wasn’t bad and felt fairly secure. Area was nice.

Reception speaks great English; helpful with baggage; free upgrades room; clean space. Water taxi went right to the front to deliver us with bags.

Everything was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, with everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and with a good variety to choose from each morning. On top of that, the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay with goid service!

The price was a bit higher than we anticipated.

We loved our stay here! It was lovely to be able to go out our little balcony to see the canal! Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing! We also enjoyed that it was in a quiet part of the island, farther away from all of the tourist hotspots, but still within reasonable walking distance.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located along a waterway, and we arrived by water taxi — very convenient. It’s also close to the water bus pier, which made our departure easy as we left by water bus. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay.

The location was great. The beds were appropriately firm and very comfortable. The street was on a canal with an easy walk to St. Mark's Square. The hotel has its own dock on the canal, so a water taxi could take us right to the hotel without having the schlep our luggage. The breakfast was fantastic-- it was a work of art. The staff were friendly and eager to help. All in all, it was a great experience.

The only thing we did not like was a bitter/burned coffee at the breakfast.

We loved the location of the Hotel close to the city center but not in the crowded area. Easily reachable from the car parking, via boat. Very friendly staff who provided very good advise about restaurants and siteseeing around the city. The canal view rooms are gorgeous, if you are in Venice for the first time this is the view you should experience. The rooms were very spacisous, clean and comfortable. Loved the breakfast and selection of pastry.

We loved everything.

This is a very nice hotel next to a more peaceful and beautiful canal but quite close to the Accdemia bridge. Perfect location where one easily can catch the airport service Alilaguna and the water busses from the Zattere station. Quiet at night. The interior is very nice with an art nouveau flair. Our room for four (family with two teenagers) worked out really well and the beds were super comfortable. The room was quite spacious as well. The bathroom was modern, clean and functional. Breakfast service was excellent with a lot of times to select from and wonderful coffee. The personnel is very friendly and service minded. Warm recommendation!

It was all good,

The large room was in the annex which was very quiet with a door to a secluded area with seats. The staff was very pleasant and endlessly helpful giving advice about travelling around the city and recommending restaurants. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice including fruits, yogurt, bacon eggs pancakes, continental meat and cheeses, bread and sweet pastries, served by lovely staff. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. Thank you.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the fact we had to leave! We could have stayed for ever!

Location is perfect. Close enough to everything but far enough away for a peaceful stay. Staff were all excellent, friendly, professional and able to answer all your questions. The decor of the hotel is beautiful. We loved our stay here and will definitely go back.
