the bathroom smelt very strongly of cigarettes the air conditioning didn’t work in the morning, i arrived with 5 minutes left for breakfast but they wouldn’t let me eat anything.

Of course you cannot expect to look great and to be everything new at this price. the furniture quite old and damaged. the stuff didn't really speak neither a good english nor a good italian but we could understand. In y room there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom

The hotel is a cheap one compared to others in the area. It was clean. It is placed on a very nice street close to Amendola red metro line which in my opinion is the biggest advantage of this hotel - the location and the easiness to arrive to the metro.

1. Be aware that you will hear everything your neighbours will talk/do. We were woken up by a person's vomiting sounds. 2. Breakfast wasn't good, coffee for additional cost, but for this price is acceptable 3. Staff doesn't speek English. We didnt have any troubles because of it, but be aware of it as well.

The location is quite good. Since you choosing cheapest option, you getting cheapest quality as well.

Air conditioning didn't work, bedside light didn't work. There are no mosquito nets on the windows. There was a fumigator in the room, but it did not save from mosquitoes. Instead of an air conditioner, there was a fan with a broken leg. Instead of a double bed, there were two connected singles.

Breakfast is included in the price, it is simple but sufficient. The hotel is close to metro and city center.

When we booked the room it said there will be a balcony, hairdryer but there wasn't either one and when we arrived they didn't knew what room was ours.

The staff was incredibly rude. We were placed in a room that is absolutely different than pictures, much smaller, uncomfortable beds and matrass. I kindly asked to change room as we were 3 people and we needed more space. They lied at first that there aren’t any free rooms. But we did early check-in and I was sure there were enough free rooms. After some time, I was able to change the room that was really nice, spacious and comfy. I have never met rude staff like this never in my life. The breakfasts are very poor. There is no kettle, but there is coffee machine that they don’t turn on during the day, only in the morning. We asked for some hot water at night, which they refused to provide:(

Very old accommodation, very old and stinky bathroom.. Poor breakfast We were from the road side and after 6 in the morning it was very noisy from the rubbish cars, from the people who were working.. ecause of the old windows we could hear everything.. But the worst thing that I have to say is that this hotel I think that is used for semi-detached.twο nights we didn't sleep at all. One specific woman hited the bed, screaming, had sex so hard and loudly... After a message I sent to the reception, she stopped for 30 minutes and then, again the same.. In general, awful experience .

I just liked the area Very good neighborhood close to metro and down town in 5 -6 Stations.. And the people in the reception very good and smiley!!!

The room was not clean, a lot of furniture and items were broken. Not all the facilities mentioned in the list were in the room. Water was pouring out of the shower cabin. Brekfast included coffe/tea, bread, spread and somekind of sweet buns - nothing more.

Good location and ability to check-in through the night. Supermarket and metro station nearby. Could leave the bags.

The price is quite high for a one star hotel, and the place for breakfast is located in front of some rooms, which can make this disturbing for the owners of these rooms!

They put me in different room, very dark and dusty. The air-conditioned is not working. After calling the booking.com customer service they offer me new room. But when we are about to sleep we open the blanket and we found blood. We try to tell in the Receptionist they said its new. Since we are tired we ask to have a new bedsheet they give a us the smaller size and no blanket during stay . The toilet is really old and shower very dirty you can see everywhere the calcair. We don't have choice but to stay because the booking is not refundable. we just enjoy most off the time outside. You cannot trust the photos during online booking . Really bad experience 😕

Breakfast was very poor, no tea making facilities in room, room was cold upon arrival, no English TV channels, bathroom toiletries were very poor, shortage of bath towels.

Awful smell in whole hotel, stinky like cigaret smell and some cooking and mold smell. The smell was even in the room, disgusting. Broken lock on room door, closing after long trying only. Bathroom not clean. Breakfast just some packed food like crackers, packed croissants. Totally not worth the money.
