Soundproofing could be better - unfortunately I could hear the TV from next door as loud as if it was in my room.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was perfect and it was the best sleep I have had in Italy.

It's a beautiful hotel walking distance from the main sights. It has an underground garage and really nice breakfast. It's not new, but it is very well maintained and well organized. The view from the balcony during breakfast is amazing!

Perfect place to stay when in Udine. Excellent staff, super professional. Great spacious rooms, nice bathroom. It has a bit of style even, it's a proper 4 star hotel Excellent breakfast at 12 Eur, very good value. And again, very competent and professional staff. Location close to the station, but also close to the centre. All for 100 Euro a night, can't ask for more.

Coffee facilities in our room would have been nice. Also the iron and steam dryer in the laundry did not seem to work.

Reception was very helpful with tourism information and generally friendly. The restaurant and bar staff were exceptional.

Excellent hotel with spacious and well-equipped rooms. Great location close to the city center. The breakfast was outstanding with beautiful views, and dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good as well. Good facilities for bicycles which was much appreciated. Overall fantastic value for money - highly recommend this place!

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the hotel doesn’t have an area where you can make your own with a machine. We picked up a coffee for breakfast but it’s filtered coffee, not particularly good. The biggest issue for us was the noise from the rooms above us. Not on Sunday afternoon. Monday it commenced. We definitely know it could not have been guests as it went on all day on Monday with constant shifting of furniture and loud thumping and loud voices so we assumed work was being carried out. It stopped at about 5 pm and resumed at 7am. One would think that reception would know about this but on checking out they claimed not to know. Probably not an ongoing issue but perhaps check when booking.

We were cycling, so a great hotel if bike storage is provided in a dry safe spot. The bed was comfortable, good pillows and very good quality sheets and towels. Great shower and spacious bathroom with good lighting. Good desk and WiFi for working. The weather was appalling for our two night stay so we did need to spend quite a bit of time at the hotel. We used the bar both nights, Service and drinks were spot on, we did not eat in the restaurant as it was a small room and we prefer to eat outside. We also didn’t have breakfast. But a very important benefit was that you could use the washing machine and dryer in the basement next to bike storage. This is an added bonus if you are on a long bike journey. There wasn’t an additional cost for this.

The Hotel is very close to the city Center and does offer good comfort at a very reasonable price. Parking is no issue and the central station is in walking distance.

It was a short walk from the station to get to the hotel. The older parts of Udine were in easy walking distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious as was the bathroom. The breakfasts had a lot of choices. Again, the staff serving were great.
