My family and I had a fantastic stay at Amata Valgre Affittacamere. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the beautiful pool surrounded by lovely flowers. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us all feel right at home. We were all very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Friendly host payed attention to details. Extremely comfortable bed. Amazing green, almost jungle-like, garden to chill in (with swimming pool). Peace and quiet.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed and pillows. The room is equipped with an amazing coffee machine. The bathroom is really well-decorated and has a nice soap. A lot of amenities are provided. Overall it's a really nice place to stay.

From the moment we were greeted and shown the view from our room, we were captivated by the beauty of the mountains and the warm and friendly greeting from Armidio and Leonardo. The room was clean, the shower hot, the king size bed comfortable and the area quiet. We highly recommend this property.

This was an unexpected luxury. The rooms were very well updated, very comfortable, and quiet. I was sincerely impressed with how many modern luxuries the owner put into the room. The owner and his son were the most laid back hosts I've ever met. They couldn't do enough to help us be comfortable.

Honestly nothing, it was wonderful.

Our stay at Amata Valgre was incredible!! Armidio & Leonardo were so helpful and friendly, we really got to completely relax with no issues at the accomodation, rooms have all the facilities to make it as comfortable as possible. Armidio showed us many things Valgreghentino had to offer, from its culture to its friendly people and food, it was an exceptionally special experience and one of our favourites in Italy. We didn’t have a car, but Armidio and Leonardo were so accommodating and helped us get around when we really needed it, when it was completely unnecessary to as well. We really appreciate how nicely these few days turned out and would recommend amata valgre to anyone! Definitely exceeded all our expectations, and we’re sure it will for you too!

The stay was too short!

The Place is an ideal base to explore the lakes and surrounding areas. The host was extremely considerate and made everything to make us feel comfortable. The pool in the garden was amazing.

A bit of a drive to attraction sites

Fantastic stay with such a welcoming owner! Super clean and with great housekeeping services who even refilled the Nespresso capsules. Parked our car right in front of the door so that eas very convenient for us and our baby. Enjoyed our day and the hospitality of the owner as well!

There are not many options to eat out but obviously this is not something the hotel can control. Instead we had to grab some quick things to eat from the nearby supermarket (4 mins drive) and also there is an Irish Pub right next to the supermarket.

The room has everything you would need. The access to pool was also nice to cool down after long day of sightseeing. The location is good if you are exploring the Lake Como and if you have your own car. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out. I think they deserve their high score as expected.

We loved the views and location. Pool was amazing and host was lovely, funny. We were on our last night of our honeymoon and the host bought us prosecco and put floating love hearts in the swimming pool. Room was exceptionally clean with a view to day dream over. Thank you so much for a memorable and romantic stay that we will never forget. We would love to come back for a boat trip and gutted we didn't have more time to explore or stay longer.

Very good location for trips in the area (short distance to Lake Como, Bergamo, Milano). A car is recommended, though, as the location is a bit off the beaten track (really easy to reach by car, though and next train station accessible with a little walk). Being off the tourist crowds, however, is a huge benefit of the location. The small hotel has a really beautiful garden and is situated in a quiet surrounding in a pleasant local neighborhood. Inside the hotel is a true gem and the rooms are fantastic. The owner is extremely friendy and you can see pretty much from the first moment that you enter the premises that he has not only put in a lot of heart into his place, but that he loves to surpise you with little unexpected details (e.g. lots of tour books and other material on the surrounding areas in the lobby, nespresso coffee machine inside the room, really comfortable beds with pillow menu, more than enough storage room, electricity-powered curtains, luxurious bathroom, etc.).
