The property is quite humid. The air conditioner helps somewhat with this.

Central location and very quiet. Washing machine very handy. Ample snacks and treats, bottled water, milk, and a beverage welcomed us. An iron and ironing board was appreciated. Comfortable bed. Modern fixtures. Coffee machine, good size fridge, handy kitchen. Secure property.

We stayed in February. We had a day of rain. It was difficult to dry our washing.

Excellend location in town and easy walk to the train station. All facilities in place.

We had a wonderful stay at Amare. The location is perfect - within the heart of Cefalù and easy walking distance to the best sights & restaurants. The place itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. There were some treats from the hosts upon arrival which were very much appreciated after a long day of travel.

there is no window in the bedroom, and the only interaction with outside is the main entrance door which opens in the living room. so, the place is always dark due to having no direct sunshine (there is an efficient lighting and air condition, though)'; but a bit annoying when you stay more than 2-3 nights. The ad says you have access to streaming channels like netflix, etc; but its not true! I asked the owner, and she said the subscription has been expired and could not provide me with a new one!

the location is perfect, and the place is very clean and tidy. The host is always reachable and supportive. we stayed for 5 nights and I was working remotely for two days; the internet connection and quality is very good and stable.

Very clean & comfortable. Close to centre of Cefalu. Extra food items were a great bonus. Taxi from station couldn’t take us to street of apartment but only a short walk of 50 metres uphill. Taxi can pick up from same spot but recommend you book a few days ahead.

The requirement to put the rubbish out on certain days. Couldn’t get the tricky lock to work - PUSH the gate in while turning key right twice and then the door right multiple times

Excellent location- 2 mins walk to Cathedral and town piazza, 5 mins walk to beach Exceptional attention to detail in the property. Comfortable bed. Compact but nicely decorated with some little extras on arrival. Washing machine works well. Host is good on communication but wasn’t available when I couldn’t get the tricky lock to work . I would definitely go back here

the apartment is in the centre of cefalu. less than a minute wslk from the piazza cathedral. it is on the ground floor of a house similar to what you will find throughout cefalu and other southern italian cities. it was clean.

The apartment is comfortable and very clean and in an excellent location. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We appreciated the snacks the owner left for us and she was available whether we had a question. All in all a great experience.

This place is beautiful! Great location!!!!! Near main square. Very clean. And everything you need in an appartement is accessibel. Rain shower and bathroom are super! Beautiful bed and delicious espresso and cookies.

An excellent place for a stay in Cefalu. The location was perfect as it was only a few steps from the cathedral. The apartment was well-equipped and there were little treats on arrival,which was a lovely touch.

Such a beautiful apartment! It was centrally located, spotlessly clean, and the little extras left in the apartment for us were so lovely! It felt very safe with an added gate, and it was a very quiet street. I highly recommend this apartment when staying in Cefalu, it is just beautiful! Thank you to the lovely host, she was so thoughtful and sweet.

only one thing, there was no place to dry my laundry. but there was a laundry shop nearby, and hot let me know.

Location was perfect. this small house is just next to the Cathedral of cefalu. so i could enjoy day and night whenever i wanted. i had a gap between checkout and train reservation, but host kindly allowed me to postpone checkout time. thanks. it was really great time in Cefalu

It's located on the main street, convenient for shopping, walking, and relaxing in town, and restaurants are all within walking distance! At first, we had a problem texting Amare, there should be some problem with the booking website, the texting function is not working. At last, we found an email address Amare provided, then we started communicating our arrival time, etc...; the apartment, I think, is fit for two people or one more kid the best; this time, we have 5 in total, so that makes it a bit crowded. Caterina and Giusy told us where to park for 12 euros per day, which is only 700m away. It is the best choice in the town, and I appreciate that information! And they also provided us with a new coffee machine when we found it was not working. I like the atmosphere around Amare; stay there, we enjoyed the real Cefalu, and we love it.

the breakfast was not much of a breakfast at all. Some cakes in plastic, and a few cookies. We only had contact via whatsapp, which was a very friendly contact, but not very personal.

It was very modern and it was clean. We got some drinks and a snack on our bed as a welcome. There was also a washing machine which we didn't use (it was our first day of the vacation). The airco was not in the bedroom, but in the livingroom next to it. It gave enough coolness with the door ( to the bedroom) open .

The property attempted to seek payment directly outside of booking.com When we resisted they threatened to go to the police. We reported the matter to booking.com who confirmed we were correct that payment should be through booking.com, and sorted it out for us. It left a very sour taste in our mouth.
