Fantastic modern room with wonderful view of the Duomo. All the necessity and great location!

Cleanliness was perfect and the bed was great.

The picture on the booking was misleading there is no view at dumo square. The check in was to late especially I was arriving to early.

Location was amazing! Overlooking the square to the Duomo never got old. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see in Milan.

The was a high pitched ringing noise from the AC that wasn’t fixed during our stay. There’s also no one there in person to help from the hotel for this maintenance issue. Answering service was quick and helpful, but the problem was never resolved. Probably a fluke deal since the rest of the stay was amazing.

A brilliant hotel in the heart of Milan. They made our room available to us ahead of check in which was very much appreciated after a long flight from Australia. It was very clean and spacious. Will definitely come back if we are in Milan again.

I initially requested an early check-in, but they refused. Their standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, which is quite late. The place is a bit tiring, especially since there are stairs right from the entrance, and there is no concierge to help carry your luggage. You have to carry your bags up about 10 steps before you reach the elevator, which is quite old and a bit scary—it feels like it might break down any moment. However, once I entered my room, I found it very clean, and the view was beautiful. The space was also quite spacious. Unfortunately, on the second day, my check-out time was at 10:00 AM. When I requested an additional 15 minutes, they refused and insisted that I leave immediately.

No facilities to store luggage which with a 3pm check in meant taking luggage to its sister hotel to hold and then pick it up and take it Amabilia when the room was available. Lot of mucking around for those of us who arrived at 6.30 after a 24 hour flight from Australia. Same issue when checking out if one has a late flight.

The location of the room is just fantastic, overlooking duomo di milano. Connectivity to metro, train station was great. Also, the host was considerate to leave complimentary cookies, chocolates and water. The room size was very big and beds were extremely comfy.

The view from this apartment was absolutely unbeatable — a direct and clear view of the Duomo right from our window. We were able to enjoy the view without the crowds or concerns of being outside in busy areas. Although we were a bit concerned about accessing the apartment (as we had never stayed in this type of accommodation before), the host made everything easy. They provided clear instructions, and although our phone signal was weak, the host was very patient and guided us through the whole process. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, spotless, and well-equipped . If we return to Milan, we will definitely stay here again!

The view to duomo was amazing

No reception. We had to wait infront of the gate for 10 minutes for them to pick up and open the gate. The elevator didn’t work so we had to go up the stairs 4 floors with our luggage 💔💔

The view and location were incredible. We kept taking photos from the windows in the room and bath of the duomo, piazza del duomo and galleria. The main sights in central Milan--the Brera, Teatro alla Scala, etc., are a short distance from the room.

I wish the office staff were closer to the property itself. The administration was at another location. The staff was nevertheless very helpful in calling a taxi and answering questions on the phone. Also, guests have to get their luggage up half a flight of stairs to reach the elevator to the room. For most people this is a minor inconvenience, however.

The staff was very helpful, provided very detailed guidance on how we could access the room. And when we entered the room, wow.. what a great view! It is located just across the Duomo with a direct view from the room. Room decoration was very elegant and stylish and it was super clean. The Amabalia Suites is located on the 4th floor of a classic building right in the city centre overlooking Duomo with easy access to Metro (actually there were 4 or 6 metro entry points within 1-min walking distance). Another positive for the location is that there is a taxi pick-up spot right in front of the building which turned out to be very convenient for us as it was the Fashion week and it was impossible to find taxis even through online apps. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the place, would definitely stay again when I am back in Milan next time.

Location stunning with a view across the piazza to the glorious Duomo. Lovely suite, well appointed and comfortable.

The were two power outages during our stay with consequent problems: no hot water for 24 hours. Because there is no on-site staff, communication was poor and we had to work hard to get a response and rectification. This was very disappointing as the facility was otherwise superb.
