A big clean room with a comfortable bed and a big shower. It was quiet at night. The best part about this place is the cafe at the front door where you can have breakfast and coffee in the morning or an apero in the afternoon. To enter the old town all you have to do is cross the road.

Self-check-in through an app took in excess of 20 minutes, and confusing instructions about the operation of the front gate. Staff of a bar (unrelated-business) at the ground floor can help a bit, but if you're in a rush that's a very painful operation.

Stayed two nights and would have liked a room service. Just rubbish and tea/coffee. But wait, there was no tea! The garden and mountain view claim is a bit tongue in cheek! See photo.

Aircon wasn't working but luckily it wasn't too warm at Como, problem was fixed.

Breakfast at the adjacent coffee shop was great, staff were very friendly and service was quick. Aperitifs in the evening were also very tasty. Short walk into the main center and from the train station, close to the boat landings and funicular.

The parking in the permisses is payed, and the add made it seem like it was free. The bathroom is extremely dark, very inconvenient. The ar condition was so difficult to set the we had to open the windows to keep the room cool. The check in is in a different building and quite a walk from the accommodation which made it very uncomfortable for us with luggage to get checked in

Lighting in bathroom is so low it’s hard to put on make up/shave. No where in shower to put shampoo/conditioner except the floor. Same as sink. Soap had to sit on bare counter. No tissue in bathroom. No onsite staff

There wasn't a mirror in the room only one in the bathroom (very first world problem I know) No shelving in the shower to put our soap As you can see these are super minor things as everything was great, when we had an issue with our AC it was fixed after a couple of hours

We stayed in number 6 villa monestaro. It was amazing, really spacious, excellent shower. Large comfy bed, nice balcony. It’s in a really good location, just 10 mins from the lake, 5 mins to the main square.

The information in the room is very basic. It took me a long time to get the TV working.

It was a bit complicated to self check-in. After contacting the manager by phone and getting more information I could manage and even help my friends to access their room. My room was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was served with a smile and satisfactory. The location is perfect if to travel by train.

The water heater in toilet does not work for one day and a half i cant take shower because the weather and water are cold, the procedure of chick in is not good at all it needs to fill form to pay city tax it must be included or paid directly online.

It is the best ever if compared to other hotels.
