Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaThe building is a bit older, so it is not very well insulated. This means that if you are someone who is sensitive to noise, you might want to have a look at properties outside the city centre. We were also unfortunate to be there when reparation work was being done for the building across the street, so it was really loud (thus take my review with a grain of salt). However, our host even apologised for that, but it wasn't her fault, nor was there anything we could do, except wake up at 7-8 every morning
The breakfast was delightful! The property is in the city centre, so we walked everywhere. When we did day trips, we walked to the train station or the main bus station. I would really recommend it if you are someone who enjoys walking around and wants to avoid public transport. Also, our host was amazingly kind and recommended some great spots in Florence, including restaurants and non-touristic places.

Everything, however if you are on the elderly side be aware you are on 3rd floor with no lift., so I hope you are fit because it was a perfect location, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and lovely staff. RussiaI recently stayed at AM Collection Florence and overall had a very good experience. The location is truly excellent — right in the heart of Florence, just a short walk from the Duomo, the train station, and many of the city’s top attractions. It’s ideal for sightseeing on foot. The room was stylishly decorated with charming Florentine details and felt cozy and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast service was a nice touch. That said, there were a few things that could be improved. The hairdryer heating was inconsistent, which made using it a bit frustrating. I also really missed having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. Another issue was the noise in the early morning. Sound carries very easily from the corridor, and I was often woken up by other guests walking or talking outside. The soundproofing could definitely be improved — this was the main downside to an otherwise pleasant stay. Despite those minor drawbacks, the AM Collection Florence is a great option for a short stay in the city.

The staff/owners were so friendly and helpful. The common area with complimentary tea, coffee and water was wonderful. The room was a decent size. Cozy area by window to enjoy your morning breakfast delivered to your room. The bathroom was lovely and was so happy they provided hair conditioner. Would definitely return and recommend to others!

PolandThe mattress was a bit uncomfortable (though maybe it was just me), and - not for us but maybe for some guests - the climb up the stairs might pose a problem.
Location was excellent, room and bathroom were spacious enough and very clean, breakfast was simple but satisfying and always served (in the room) with a smile. Our two hostesses (Sophia and Charlotte) were very professional, helpful and friendly; our special Thanks! to them. The room was quiet, with minimal noise at night. The common kitchen offered basic things that any guest might want, and our room had a small fridge, which we used a lot.

RomaniaAlthough it is common to all buildings in the area, it can get pretty loud at night and early in the morning y due to pedestrians or motorcycles. But once you decide for a place so close to what you want to visit, I suppose it you should expect that in cities like Florence.
The apartments are located at the top floor of an old building. It has no elevator, but that did not bother us at all, as we had small suitcases and the stairs aren’t that many after all. The room was rather small, but clean. Breakfast is served in the room: toast sandwiches, pastries, orange juice, coffee and tea. The communication with the hosts was very efficient. Since they do not have a permanent reception and we arrived in the evening, they left us the instructions on how to get in. It is very easy and convenient. The place is in a very good location, 10-minute walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions.

United KingdomThe street noise is quite obvious. I had a relatively early night after a long days exploring and a late one the night before. The noise from the pub below is distracting and could potentially keep you awake. It’s a popular place and the fun quite often spills out on the street. Great if you’re part of it, not so good if you’re not :) Likewise in the morning it’s a busy street. Earbuds would help. More like a B&B than an apartment.
The service I received was first class. Entry details are clear and concise. I was greeted personally, 5 minutes early, by my wonderful host. She explained everything to me and offered as much advice as I required. Certainly above and beyond. The highlight of my stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful and served in my room when I awoke and requested it.
