We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

HungaryDespite the above, there are unfortunately several things that lower the rating of the apartment. The freezer in the kitchen had probably not been defrosted for years, one of the knives was crooked, the other had simply fallen out of the wooden handle. The legs of the chairs were moving, the legs were bent. The kitchen furniture had been cleaned superficially. The wooden table and chairs on the terrace were worn out and needed to be replaced or renovated. The two sun loungers by the pool were rubbish, unusable. Even though there was a wifi router, there was no internet connection, the TV could not be turned on (I think the batteries were running low). The sink in the bathroom was missing a light bulb, the water in the sink drains with difficulty. Unfortunately, I see that others have already described some of these problems, and the hosts have promised to fix them in each case, but despite this, not much has happened. I'm sorry, because otherwise the apartment would be excellent! Oh, and one more thing: in the photo itinerary sent by the host, the key holder on the garage door is not the coded device in the first photo, but the box in the last photo!
The biggest advantage of the accommodation is its location. The panorama is stunning, the apartment is of good size and layout, the garage is convenient (let's say the parking requires some practice) the pool is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. The port (Varenna) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

PolandUnfortunately, the facility is not clean. The pool visible in the photos was dirty and closed at the end of May. There were no pillows or bedding in the room (there were six of us). The sons slept on the sofa in the living room, which was not prepared for this. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty, there was no corkscrew (the next day the service brought it). Generally, the location is beautiful, but I do not recommend.

Very picturesquely located facility. Silence. A comfortable kitchen (only wine glasses were missing), Garden set - great for charming breakfasts. Nice and large beds. Beautiful view of the lake. Private garage and swimming pool!! Great stay. Recommended for 5-6 people. Very good place to explore the whole lake Como.

The owner isn’t paying attention to the details. The furniture are old, n not taken care of. the garage was not clean… 3, the owner only provided 4 beds for stay, n, another one sofa bed was not usable, everything was not proper. 4, no basic kitchen ingredient such as salt… 5, IT IS EXPENSIVE WITH THE QUALITY IT PROVIDES
