What an incredible place to stay! I had cycled from Switzerland so when I arrived at Alto Apartments and saw exactly where it was located and then how nice it was, I was jubilant. Rosario goes above and beyond to communicate and then attend to your needs As I mentioned the location is ideal for walking to all the amazing sites and restaurants Rome has to offer. And if you’re there in summer like me, you will really appreciate how well the air-con works. The bed is very comfortable and the multiple nozzle shower is indulgent.

Very nice place, I think it's brand new. Amazing location, super close to the historical district. Close to attraction and restaurants. The only thing is that it's not close to subway. You can either take a bus+10 mins walk or uber to/from airport.

Only thing I didn’t like is there wasn’t a coffee machine in the room itself, but a communal one in the entrance, which is the only slight issue I had while staying here!

It is next to a street - but the windows do an excellent job of reducing most of the sounds. I do recommend, though sleeping with earplugs to enhance the experience

Very beautiful and bright room. To me, a hotel like this alone makes the vacation to be very special. Very good soundproof although the windows face the street. Exceptional comfort mattress. Excellent location, a few minutes walk to Vatican. Tidy and clean room. Welcoming staff and easy to communicate before and during the stay in the hotel. I will gladly stay again.

Loved loved loved the location. It is on a very busy street, but that was what we liked. It was quiet in the room and the metal window shades at night took away any traffic noise and light. There is a coffee machine and tea pot in the common area and that was all that we needed. Everything else that you can imagine is right outside the door. I loved opening the window with my coffee in the morning and watching all of the folks heading over the bridges to Vatican City. If you are looking for a great place to stay with little fuss, this is your place. I didn't take any pictures of the rooms, but they look as nice and clean as those already posted. We stayed in the purple room.
