This was great value for money. I only had the one night before catching the Bernina Express but the room was great, the location was a 10 min walk to the station and plenty of cafes nearby. Sonia could not have been more helpful so full marks to this one.

Everything was perfect.

We had a table set out for a lovely breakfast early as we were leaving early. It was most appreciated and very special. All was lovely and what we thought it would be. Shower was good and beds were great. Right next to a church visit was a bonus. Thank you.

The lady on the reception was very welcoming and accommodating. We was allowed to check in early. When we said we was leaving early to go on the bernina express, a breakfast was put out for us before we went. Really friendly, nice place.

There was a little problem with the shower drainage, but the staff were informed and fixed it I believe

The host lady was really nice and let us storage our baggage after check out for the day while traveling with the Bernina Express. The room was nice, there is a great view from the bathroom to the church nearby :D The breakfast was really good!

We liked pretty much everything, the service was really, really good. The receptionist even arranged us a taxi to pickup us from the bus station as there were no uber at night. Room was spotless, clean and tidy. Very comfortable

Rooms are so cozy. They reserved the cab for next morning and packed breakfast ahead of time. Hotel in right in front of church. I can open window up to view the church.

There's is NOTHING TO DISLIKE..

I love the place.comfortable.. the hospitability is traditional Italian trait..like a mother who has all her children to come for a visit..she see to it that it is perfect.. Travelers, don't hesitate to book here.IT IS WORTHY.

Location, clean rooms, very polite staff, ten minutes walk to Bernina Express train station.

The parking was very unintuitive to find. There was a mishap with a newly installed AC making some weird noises, but that should be no factor after a break in period and a routine checkup on the system from a technician.

They had a brand you AC – I didn’t need it, but it’s really cool (pun intended). The room was really clean. There were both European and Italian outlets available throughout the room – type L standalone and type F / type L hybrids.

Sonia who managed the hotel is extremely kind and very sweet and friendly.Due to multiple bus and train delays wasnt able to reach as per planned commute and she was very helpful to arrange a taxi to get to Tirano from Sondrio.The room was very clean and comfortable had a great time here in this charming town and exploring Switzerland too doing a day trip.

Hotel was really nice! Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and Sonia was very hospitable and nice :) Bernina Express train passes by, and you can enjoy beautiful views!

Great breakfast, and everyone at the hotel is very nice and sweet. Location is walking distance to the train station like 12min. Everything is clean and comfortable beds.

Wifi should cover all areas (nit only common area). Will be better to have hot food (but variety of choices)

Location next to church and main Plaza. Room under the roof sees the cathedral and bell tower.... so great. The staff was very helpful and kind (she could manage a screaming lady on the same floor of our room...2 thumbs up 👍)
