The staff including the manager and owner were not the best. At dinner they brought out a meal that we had not ordered and when we raised it with the server, he assured us that the dish was what in fact we had ordered and insisted that he did not make any mistake and then continued to show us his notes of what he wrote down. It was clear to us what we had ordered because we talked about it up until it arrived. The fact that they did not apologize, recognize their mistake, or even offer to bring out the right meal afterwards was not great service. What ever you do, Do NOT get a manicure here. My wife went in to get her dip nails removed and redone and they not only did a terrible job but they took 2+ hours doing it. We had called ahead when we made the reservation to request the service specificying that we need the nails removed first and they quoted us a specific price. When the service was done it was clear that the tech had never taken off dip nails and it took forever. They then charged significantly more that had been quoted because it took so long but looked terrible. Like a 5 year old girl could have done a better job polishing nails, polish was not smooth, it was dripping everywhere, and some areas still had exposed nail. They did not even give a discount at the end. At checkout we complained about how poor the spa service had been and all they could say was they are sorry.... We love this area of Italy and already talking about going back but likely wont be staying at this hotel again unless we hear about some changes being made from a service perspective.

The spa is amazing. There its a huge sauna, a steam room, a salt room and more, the out door sauna over the pool has full glass windows with an amazing view of the mountains. The restaurant is great with a pleasant breakfast and amazing views all around. They offer bus passes to get you to and from the town which was a nice touch. They did a great job helping me celebrate with flowers and champagne in the room upon request.

The atmosphere was very strange, as if they didn’t see many people and didn’t know how to interact. They assign you a table for meals which was odd especially when other tables were available not right next to someone else. The spa has very limited hours for the saunas and outdoor pool so it wasn’t available if you’re out exploring during the day and want to enjoy those amenities. Lastly, the owner/manager was hanging with friends drinking on the patio and it was so uncomfortable we didn’t want to have a drink in that space and enjoy the sunset. It was the weirdest hotel experience and for the price I expected much more.

The rooms was clean and breakfast was fine.
