The double room was quite small

The staff were attentive, particularly William and Ali, both made a difference to our stay. Good location for trains and buses alike. Nice restaurants near by.

Wasn’t a biggie but ceiling started leaking in our room - coming from room above probably leak from bathroom but was never informed Had to move and room was smaller. Spa bath didn’t work. Other than that staff were very apologetic and we were out a lot so wasn’t like we spent all day in room.

The receptionist that we were greeted with was so nice and lovely. I didn’t catch her name but she made me and my friend feel very comfortable considering we were abit hesitant at first about visiting a busy capital city as two young girls. She recommended places to visit and good places to eat around the hotel, and also ways to get around. I would also like to mention one other staff member - again, didn’t catch his name but he assisted in taking our luggage up to our room and also took time to explain how to use the espresso machine in our room. Our visit was amazing, we felt that the location of this hotel was perfect - it was the ideal distance from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was quiet in the evenings and we felt safe walking around after dinner at night. We really enjoyed the terrace for a few drinks after dinner where we were also provided with some complimentary snacks. I believe this was open till around 11:30pm. Our room was super clean and the balcony was phenomenal and very private. As we visited in August, the temperature was humid and so we got around using the Uber app which was useful. Of course, I believe there are metros and buses that can be good alternative of transportation to get around. If visiting in the cooler months, the main attractions are a walking distance of 20-30mins which isn’t too bad. Some recommendations - REbasilico and La Famiglia for dinner (very close to the hotel). Caffe Niagara ideal for croissants, coffee & juice in the morning. CONAD CITY supermarket across the road. To end the evening, we walked to Gelateria La Romana for delicious ice cream. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and obliging. As we were using the metro to explore Rome, the hotel was in a great location for us. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Alphi again..

The buffet breakfast was a little disappointing for the price.

Very well situated close to the station and only a short walk from the historical centre. The family room was large enough for 4, clean and all the staff was friendly.

Location was next to Roma Termini for train access, a number of bus routes for going to the main tourist hotspots. Plenty of local shops for food/snacks as well as places to eat.

Bed linen was a little bit rough and bed so-so. Inconsistency in the toiletries for shower - we had shampoo but no shower gel, my children had both.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the hotel (I’d heard that some hotels in Rome can look quite different from their photos), but our stay was perfect. The room matched the pictures exactly, the breakfast was so, so good, and the staff were incredible—going above and beyond to help us and answer all our questions. We also booked a taxi to the airport through the hotel, which turned out to be a great experience as well: the taxi was spacious, we arrived quickly, and the driver was super nice and careful.

Lift very tiny, struggled to get in with one suitcase. We are both tiny. Bedroom with two singles, made up as two singles, but without a gap in the centre. Might well have been a double. Unpleasant smell in bathroom once air conditioning was turned off. Had to close the door.

What a wonderful stay at the Hotel Alpi! We booked two rooms - a superior double and a triple room. Both rooms were very spacious for our family of 5 (all adults). The rooms were also very clean! The staff were super friendly, professional, and courteous. Amazing hospitality!

It has a small lift but it is an old building and the lift was functional, this is not a complaint and only a comment.

Breakfast had a good choice and the staff were attentive and kept the offerings well stocked. Good location, short walk from the main termini rail station. Room was nice, AC worked well and kept us cool when it was 36 outside! Overall a nice place to stay and we would stay here again.
