So comfortable,equipment is perfect as in the room ,as in the wellnes. Everybody is freindly,you feel in a cozy home.Great place in the mountains.

We booked a quadrable room, but we did not realize during the booking that the room has a small window only, without view.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast eas excellent. The room was clean and nice. We also enjoyed the outside pool and the inside spa. Great location for hiking.

The general decor is outdated

I enjoyed the outside pool as it was already July. The temperature was perfect, it was clean and I could rest and read on the deck-chairs and under spectacular mountain views. Everyone was kind and helpful and the room was clean, with a very comfy bed.

NEG: The rules of the spa and saunas are not clear since there are very few signs in English. Drinks at dinner are extra and you pay them when you check out so definitely ask for prices since the amount can be quite large.

POS: The breakfast is very diverse. Dinners are really good and in 4 courses and 1 week you never eat the same. The room is large and the bathroom is amazing. Pool and saunas are clean and you have fresh fruits and drinks available.

The pillows. The location is not the best if you plan to visit the main attraction of the Dolomites.

We loved that each space of the Hotel was well-designed for its purpose. We felt well in our stay; people were super kind. The Wellness Center was good.

It's naturally busy at the weekend, so the wellness area gets full. Next time we'd come during the week and get the best from that area. Again lovely and clean.

We were upgraded to a better room. The room was smallish, but super clean and with firm, but great mattresses. Anna in the wellness area gives a really good facial.

Room was cold first two nights, but I wouldn't take it as a bad thing since the staff did everything they could until they fixed the heating. Also, there were some hair in bathroom when we arrived. All in all, little to nothing.

We have arrived at winter time, and the pool and spa were great. Definitely recommend it when it comes to relaxation. We have also payed for the massage which was also great. We got nice new room so it was also super. Staff was really kind to us, especially Luccano who taught us how to play card game Remi and helped us in planning our trip around Dolomites.

The wellness spa is very nice small and cozy . With very good facilities. 👍 Very friendly staff , really enjoy they have cards and other games in the reception for you to use.
