During night (at 23:30) there was no hot water (during the day there was no problem). The beds are softer than normal (but for two nights for us it was also okay).

Without personal, easy check-in/check-out with code. It is 5 Mins. away from the main square (by foot). The room was tidy and clean. WLAN was good, TV worked. Temperature was perfectly adjustable. Perfect size.

You won't find anything in the kitchen, not even a cup to drink some water, literally nothing. Cannot even make a tea.

The litter basket is too small. I would recommend to put one in the bedroom also. There is no possibility to leave luggage after checkout hour. We left them in a deposit at the station on payment, close to the train station.

The apartment is 3 minutes walk from Duomo and close to restaurants. Very clean and spacious. Staff was helpful. They allowed me to leave luggage before check-in hour.

In the room N°1, where we were, in the smaller room, they could have put a night stand near the bed and maybe a few hooks on the wall to hang our clothes.

The location was perfect to go and visit the city centre and above all the Xmas market. The check-in was very efficient. Received the code by phone exactly when they said they would send it. Even though there was no parking on site, there was a large public parking not far away.

The place looks recently renovated which is great, but 3 minus: 1. No black out rolls/curtains in a room surrounded by windows… we could barely sleep due to either the street lighting during the night or the sun in the early morning. 2. Please get a new mattress, the existing one is very old and uncomfortable! 3. why adding so many old decorations in such an nicely renewed place? Better to take all that old stuff to keep it cleaner and more useful, e.g. missing some furniture to place your luggage, perch for hanging extra jackets, etc.

I'd suggest to add some plates, mugs and a kettle. It would had been great to have those. Even there was an electric oven not sure the point as there wasn't anything else to eat your food in.

The "anonymous" check in/ check out worked efficiently, but I still prefer some kind of "human" contact. Cleanliness could have been better (there was a wet towel from previous occupants still in the bathroom, there were no bed-sheets for the third bed...). The third bed was a folded-out sofa which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The apparment has no kitchenette. The rooms being on the ground floor and partly below ground, had a bit of a damp feeling (but also related to the bad weather).

The location is excellent, litterally 150 m from the city centre (cathedral) and the part of the university where I had to be. The situation with the secluded garden around is very nice and the rooms were spacious. Free public parking (overnight/ with parking disk for two hours each time during the day) is very close by.

There was a duvet but no duvet cover on it Cups were provided but no kettle so couldn't make a drink Microwave provided but no crockery or utensils so couldn't eat hot food No bin in room PLEASE PLEASE clean the shower plug. Shower almost overflowed due to congealed hair, grime and mould. We would have told the owner directly but they didn't respond when we asked about plates - even paper plates, knives and forks etc so we've had to put it on here in the hope they will read it.

The place was full with musquitos. We killed 16 of them in first hour being there and some more later. At night there was no hot water in the bathroom.

There is no private parking, though public one was very near. There was very little soap in two of three dispensers (nitpicking).

Appartement was roomy and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, actually one of better ones I slept in recently. AC worked well, important in a hot summer. Large and spacious bathroom. The use of a digital key enabled us to arrive very late without issues. Also very easy and quick checkout. Location was very nice, very central.
