Good location Swimming pool. Kids were very happy Very nice and helpful staff. First day we came were late for breakfast for 40 min, but few people took care of us and organized breakfast. It was like a ghost property! No heart or soul even though it was a lovely property. That was a strange experience. Impersonal. Arrived late on a Sunday night so didn’t expect a personal welcome but we did not have a single personal engagement. No hello, no how are you getting on, for 4 days! No one to ask for local suggestions or serve even a glass of wine which was bizarre as it is billed as a wine resort and spa. Did not meet the description of the website. certainly no spa. No front of house. No staff in the restaurant or bar until lunch on day 3 when locals seemed to come in. But still no hospitality or engagement. It was like the restaurant was a separate business to the room side of the business. If there was an issue with staff, some communication would have been good - even a bottle of local wine left in the room! There was no hot water - and no one to mention it to. No management of the property - eg fully tidying up after an event that had happened prior to our arrival. Windows needed cleaning. The gardener did work very hard in the vines and the outside area. Room booking was outsourced through happy rentals so we did have someone to message via WhatsApp to try to sort out housekeeping. Another couple staying there had no car and were stuck. We at least could get to a supermarket and buy things for lunch and snacks. Such a curious experience as we enjoyed our stay nestled in the wines, but the lack of personal engagement at any stage and even the decor on the room side was disappointing. It felt like going on holidays in an AI world. Human connection is needed.

A lovely property, nice rooms (if a bit dark and AC not great). Clean. As a family of 6 wanting a few days to just relax, we really enjoyed the great pool nestled in the vines.lovely location. I can see how it would be lovely for an event. Check-in straightforward with good communication of how to get to the lock box and then the room via WhatsApp.

The Bed-Sofa in the living room is not so comfortable. Not ideal for adults. It would be helpful if they add ceiling ventilators in the restaurant for people who dines outside. We were in August and the humidity is very high in the afternoon / evenings.

This hotel is situated in an amazing and beautiful location, surrounded by endless vineyards. It's very close to Sirmione, Desenzano, Lazise, Gardaland, and Caneva Water Park, making it an ideal spot if you plan to visit these attractions. Despite being a small hotel, it boasts a fantastic restaurant that offers meals for children, even though they are not listed on the menu. The wine selection is superb, with some wines produced on-site, adding a unique touch to the dining experience. The swimming pool is just great, and the kids absolutely loved it. You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast while the children swim, and relax with a very good coffee, taking in the stunning scenery. The staff is absolutely amazing! Liza, Valentina, and everyone else are always there to help, always with a smile and genuine intent to assist. We would definitely return on our next visit to Italy. This place truly gives you the perfect vacation experience.

Sleeping above the restaurant. Regular noisy functions/events at the location - both by the pool and in the restaurant. Events sometimes made parking a problem. The bed cover was too warm - a plain flat sheet would have been ideal. Shower cubicle only 1m square - very small for junior suite price. Insufficient mirrors provided - 1 in the bathroom and 1 full length one at a bend in the stairs position, making it unusable. A small magnifying mirror in a bathroom is always helpful for a man and a woman. Breakfast is sufficient but basic.

Food at the restaurant was very good and a fair price. Daily drinking water provided was good. Coffee at breakfast was good. Most staff were very friendly.
