There wasnt many plugs in the room, the lift was very slow and quite shaky. They wanted the tax paid in cash only, which i didn't have.

The location was great and easily acessible. The breakfast was excellent and lots of choice, also included in the price which is always nice.

Young black hair female receptionist was very rude and disrispectul for not reason, the other workers were good tho. Windows were sealed, itwas very dark.

Property wad older and in need of upgrade and maintenance. But I had read the reviews prior so I knew this was the case

We weren't expecting something out-of-this-world, but there was a considerable amount of mold in the bathroom. This wasn't super bothersome as we only stayed one night after a week long hut-to-hut trek in the Dolomites, but this might be something to consider if you're thinking of staying at this hotel for multiple nights.

The hotel is very well located - super close to the train station and easy to get to the main bus station which gets you to venice marco polo airport. The room was sufficient with pretty comfortable beds and air-conditioning. The hotel also provided a mosquito repellant plugin but we did not make use of it as we kept the windows closed the entire time.

The only issue with the hotel was the drains were quite smelly but as we were out for the majority of our stay it was only an issue when were sleeping.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night, the hotel was well located right by the train station. It allowed us to drop our luggage and get straight out and explore Venice. We were also able to leave our luggage in the morning as our train was not leaving until the afternoon.

Bedbugs! Omg, quite annoying and a bit gross. Thought on the first night it was Mosquitos as left window open. Second night used AC. But got lots more bites. Wifi not good enough to watch a movie.

The hotel needs to be updated, the quadruple room was very tight, it was missing a mini bar inside the room. It was expensive in relation to facilities.

The breakfast room is too small. Even though we had to book a breakfast time slot the day before, there was a day that I couldn't find a table available when I arrived at the time I booked, and couldn't have a breakfast. Every morning I was woken up by noise from the next room.

The hotel is close to the railway station. Although the facility is not new, it is kept clean through regular cleaning.

They are selling it as B&B basis but actually at breakfast u will not find something to eat we had 4 nights tried it once and never go bacl again.
