The hotel was harded to find even with map and workers in the area also didn't know where it is.

We really liked the way the room looked and how it was arranged, we were especially happy about the coffee machine and asortments of tea avaliable next to it. Communication with the hotel was great, personal was really sweet. A nice surprise was breakfast handed to us in front of our room, which we never experienced and the food was also great. Overall I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Venezia.

The stairs were fine for us, but I could see elderly guests having an issue.

Some hotel guests may find the room old-fashioned and inconvenient, as there is no elevator, the hallway is small, and you have to climb stairs. Upon arrival, there was a rather strange smell in the room (we assumed it was due to toilet cleaner), but it quickly dissipated. It is worth noting that the view from the window is of the roof, so you will not see anything much. Nothing caused us any great disappointment in this hotel though.

Convenient access to boats and the city center. Although the hotel is located in a fairly touristy area, it is tucked away on a side street, and we heard minimal noise at night. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage before departure. Breakfast was included in the room price and, although simple, was really tasty. The bathroom was spacious enough, there were plenty of towels, and they were replaced when the rooms were cleaned. The price-quality ratio really met our expectations, considering that accommodation in Venice is quite expensive.

It was a little warm in our rooms, but Venice was scorched and we were on the top floor. Satisfactory but not cold if you are looking for American levels of AC. It was fine for us.

Quaint and perfect rooms with a wonderful view of Venice rooftops. Well situated close to busier streets and yet quiet. Easy to access all of Venice as well as vaporetto stops. Everything was clean. Coffee maker in the room made good coffee. Breakfast orders were turned in at 6pm the prior evening and delivered to your room. If they could accommodate an earlier breakfast, they did. Hosts were wonderful and kind. A small thing, but the owner let me fumble through and practice my Italian instead of just speaking only English to me. So kind. I would stay here again.

The bed and pillows are soft and the furniture gives you a feel of antique. We booked the room with the window but we only saw the roof of the neighborhood.

Good location. Only few minutes walk from the Ca D'oro vaporetto stop, which is 4 stops from the Venice train station. The customer service staff is very helpful an friendly and helped to carry our luggages 4 stairs up to our room. As expected in Venice, most hotel/Airbnb has no escalator. The breakfast was served in our rooms and catered to whatever we desired. Good breakfast! The hotel is within walking distance to main attractions in the heart of Venice.

Very clean hotel with a spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delivered to our room and everything was good quality. The bed was comfy and the room was silent. After 7 you start hearing other guests but I guess that can’t be helped.

It was a small space, but very functional and cheaper than other areas in Venice.

It was quiet, comfortable, and very clean. Breakfast was served in the room so it felt luxurious. It was easy to find and right beside market stalls which was fun! Very easy to access main areas of Venice from here, and the staff were very helpful and nice.

Slightly difficult to find in a side street between a snack bar and fabric shop. One tip would be not to open the window as I did this the first night and I’ve been bitten multiple times! Not the hotels fault but just a tip.

Wonderful apartments and incredibly polite and caring staff! Every detail has been considered here – a delicious breakfast, towels, and daily room cleaning. Great location, clear and convenient check-in and entry. The room was perfectly clean, with a comfortable bed and high-quality bed linen and towels. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine, with sugar, tea, and coffee also provided in the room. Thank you!
