Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The decoration was very thoughtfully done. In fact everything was well-planned. But there was no provision for those who like their coffee white and could have bought milk with them. The fridge was working and very cold. A welcome starter pack of food would be nice.

SwedenThe property owner located not in this place, you have to go to other address and pick up self a keys, it’s not convenient with a heavy bags, but it’s not faraway. I have a problem with payment, because owner office closed 7.30 pm, and if you arrive later that time , you have to pay with the link, and it’s was not working. So check in have a many problems and it’s was stressful.

This is a perfect location. Quiet while close to everything. Easy walk from the train station. Close to restaurant and shops. The apartment was clean and well equipped but no dish towel. The bed was not comfortable but that is a personal opinion.
