The place was perfect for my family of four. First, I have to say that the host was very friendly and super helpful and really made us feel at home in her apartment. The apartment was super clean and well set up for visitors. The kitchen is well stocked and the apt has a full-size fridge with a freezer. Also important is that the apt has lots of natural light which helps make you feel at home (attached pictures are the view from the windows and the small balcony). The bedroom is a good size and bed is comfortable. If needed, there is a couch that will change into a bed which is great for kids. The bathroom was spotless, stocked with the basic amenities and plenty of hot water for multiple showers. Access to the apt was easy and the apartment common areas were very clean, including the elevator. I found paid parking readily available, next to the front of the apartment, for a good price. The neighborhood is very safe and there are places to eat that you can walk to quickly. There is also a grocery store across the street which is very convenient. The Metro (M1 line) is very close which will take you to the Milan city center in about 15 min. If you are looking for a nice apartment in Milan close to the Metro, I highly recommend this place!

I had a wonderful week in Milan! Claudia is a fantastic host - she welcomed me so kindly, and there was even a welcome sign with my name by the bed 💜 Everything I could possibly need was in the apartment, including a fridge stocked with drinks and essentials for the first few days. The apartment has a view of the mountains and beautiful sunsets, and the neighborhood is quiet, clean, and peaceful. There’s a supermarket right across the street and a metro station just a couple of minutes away. Thank you so much for the hospitality and care! I’d love to come back to Milan again

What an excellent stay! Claudia greeted us when we got to Milan to hand over the key and gave us tips about where to go in Milan. She actually has a folder with information and guides as well, which come in handy! The also made the checkout process super clear and made sure our stay was comfortable. She's one of the most generous and hospitable hosts I've ever encountered. The apartment has everything you may need and some food as well, which was such a nice touch. The apartment isn't in the city center, but it's 2 minutes away from the main subway line so it was easy and quick to get everywhere. There's also a Lidl right in front (the kitchen is fully equipped so we cooked a bit). I booked this because of the gym. There is an additional charge but you go to an actual gym, which is much better than a hotel gym, and the staff speaks English so it's all very easy :)

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment in Milan and we must say, it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment is equipped with everything one could possible need , making it a perfect home away from home. What truly set this experience apart was the thoughtful gesture of the owner leaving presents for our birthdays and letting us check out late. It was a delightful surprise that added a personal touch to our stay and made us feel truly special. We highly recomend this apartment to to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Milan. The apartment is truly awesome! It has everything you can ever need, it's exceptionally clean and well furnished. The highlight of our stay was, though, the host Claudia who went out of her way to help us in a difficult situation. We couldn't get to the apartment because of the strike and she picked us up and drove us to it by her own vehicle. There are no words to describe how grateful we are for her hospitality, empathy and helpfulness. We will definitely be back there on our next trip to Milan!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Claudia was wonderful, generous and kind . When she picked us up from the airport late at night she even bought us Pizza, making my son and I happy and grateful after a long flight. The apartment was beautiful and cozy. Everything was simply perfect. Anyone planning to stay in Milan, I warmly recommend Allegra House. It is without a doubt the best apartment I've ever stayed at in all of Italy

Claudia welcomed us very warmly and she had bought some food for us. She recommended lovely places to see. Her beds are very comfortable. Parking was easy, in the street, and access to the historic centre was quick with metro. Loved Milan as well.

It was a little far from town, but only 1 block from the metro station. We don't mind being out of the center.

Claudia was a great host! She communicated with us about everything. The apartment was lovely- spacious, well decorated and full of charm. She even provided some treats, although there is a grocery store across the street in case you need something.

We are traveling often, so we've used hotels and residences, B&B a lot. Claudia is the best host ever we've met. Before we arrive hotel, she sent us all information by message, so we did not have any problem to stay here. The location is a perfect nearby city, the rooms are super clean, Service is the best. I strongly recommend Allegra House.

Great apartment equipped with things every traveler needs. Claudia is a kind, thoughtful and sincere person. She helped me with some issue on my car reservation queries and even offered to ferry me to take the car. in case I run into some communication problems. I am thankful to her and she has impressed me a lot with her kindness. I will not hesitate to recommend to book stay in her apartment. The host is as important as the apartment itself if you’re a first timer to Italy.

Very clean and very spacious. Easy to park. Location is the best. Subway to go to Duomo is 3min away and Lidl is close. Especially host is so friendly and explained facility and sightseeing area very well. It was one of the best accomodations I have stayed.
