From start to finish our stay here was fantastic. Fabio went above and beyond and exceeded our exceptions. He collected us from the airport, booked us in at a beautiful restaurant and even walked us there himself pointing out places of interest etc. The apartment was perfectly located and very clean. It had everything we needed to ensure a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Pisa.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, which is just a few hundred meters from the center of Pisa—within easy walking distance to all the key sights. Our host, Fabio, was wonderful, offering great touring tips and even suggestions for our next trip! The apartment itself was very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the added bonus of easy parking. We highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk to Piazza di Miracoli. Quiet spacious comfortable space, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, fab hot shower, lovely outdoor terrace with amazing view. Fabio so respectful, kind and extremely helpful, advising on how best to get around, tips where to visit, even provided kettle for me to make English tea!, extra pillows. A perfect several nights stay. Would be very economical for 4-5 people. but even as a solo traveller after very busy few weeks all over Italy, was a very welcome “home” at the end of my travels

The room had everything we needed and some extras, like 2 pillows per person and a big frig. Fabio, the owner, was very solicitous, even meeting us when we got lost on the way from the train station to his place and taking us there. He also helped us with the luggage.

Fabio, the owner was really kind and super helpful. He collected us from the airport and he also gave us very good advice for our onward journey. We would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and it was really well situated for visiting the old town and the Tower, which was particularly beautiful at night.

Fabio, the host, was really nice to chat with and gave us a lot of practical information about Pisa. He even gave us a map and marked on it interesting places, restaurants and Italy's best ice cream shop. He even drove us to the trainstation, very early in the morning. The apartment was clean, with comfy beds, nice shower and good air conditioners. The location is very good, just a walking distance from the leaning tower of Pisa. We wish we could have stayed longer, but this was the last night of our trip to Italy, but if we will find our selves in Pisa again, we will most definitely stay at Fabio's establishment.

The room was very clean. Everything was available, like towels and bed linen. Extra bed for 2 people. Close to the chosen destination, which can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

Fabio is friendly and the accommodations are comfortable and well situated. Fabio treated us as part of his family, waited for us at the airport, took us for a tour and to get food before going back to the aconmodation. The location was amazing. A 5 minute walk to the tower. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and things to see in the area which were all within walking distance. Also a 5 minute walk to the train station.
