Access was a bit awkward. You had to walk through a garage, up 3 flights of stairs or in a very small lift.

Only issue was there was no A/C for the room with the third bed. We had to move the mattress into the main room because it was too hot to sleep.

Brilliant location near the fast ferry terminal and close to restaurants and bars. Room is stunning with traditional decor and there was a lovely view. Air con in main bedroom worked well, and the bathroom was a big size.

The atmosphere is phenomenal, you will feel like the countess of Trapani invited you to stay in her Palazzo. The main entrance leads to a living room library with a lovely view over the sea the room and bathroom were very large.

Nothing all very good.

Really central, right in the old town and close to the ferry which was ideal for us as we arrived late in the evening and left early to get the ferry. No noise from the streets below in rooms 5 & 6 and nice breakfast in the cafe over the road. Highly recommend.

I liked it all. Our room was one that had a big platform floor in it which would have been very difficult for anyone with mobility issues so be aware of that when booking.. there were several other rooms without this feature.

Really lovely, old property facing the harbour. It’s in the perfect location for catching ferries from Trapani and it’s a very peaceful spot from which to explore Trapani. Cool and tranquil once you’re inside you escape the bustle and heat of the town. The rooms have vintage touch to them in keeping with the property whilst offering all the comfort and convenience you require.

It's a bit problematic to park if you arrive by car. However, if you are happy to find a free spot, it's 200 m from the place but it's a paid city parking then. We stayed on Saturday evening and it was a bit loud because of cafes and bars located downstairs. The place might be a bit too loud for those sensitive to noise. At the same time, there were ear plugs provided by the place so that you could ignore loud music.

The place has the ideal location in the centre, viewing the port and 5 min walk from a very clean water beach. The hotel itself has fantastic antique furniture, high ceilings etc. Breakfast was served in a cafe around the corner and was good too. We were given a suite and it was huge with a fantastic balcony overlooking the sea and port.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The room is apart of a beautiful traditional apartment. We were the only guests there that we knew of and the host was lovely. Room was massive with a great sized shower and bathroom. There is a lift and you go through a secure door to get to the apartment. Our balcony overlooked the street and to the side, the harbour where the ships come in. The hosts cleaned the room and had fresh towels which was lovely. The sitting room is a reminder of what life was like and is so peaceful. Yes breakfast is at the cafe across the road but it was great!

everything was good. lots of restaurants, easy transport options very close by

everything, great location, don't be put off by breakfast being just around the corner, you get very well looked after. the room is old but beautiful. we had a bonus earthquake to add to an interesting time in a lovely town! make time to take the chairlift to Erice and to go out to the islands.

The main takeaway was the noise from the bar outside. Nothing the hotel can do about it and they do leave ear buds, but just be aware especially if you have kids. We were there on a Saturday night so maybe not as bad during the week. Also breakfast is about a five minute walk away at another b&B, but it was very tasty in fairness.

Staff were so friendly, really atmospheric apartment. Decor was very old Italian vibes which we loved. Air conditioning was great. Right beside the bus.

This place is the perfect base for anyone interested in the old town of Trapani and for Day-Trips to the Islands. The entire place is the definition of classy. The beds are new, hard and comfy. Perfect!

Located just outside Trapani Marina, this accommodation is just fantastic and has a lovely view. Loved the palazzo style decor and vibe of the place, you instantly feel you are in a different time. Spacious room and bathroom, we spent a very relaxing day in Trapani after being on the road for most of the day. Ruth was very helpful, giving us wonderful tips and breakfast at the bar outside was lovely. Could not have asked for more.
