The air on wasn’t working but they’ve arranged a portable one that did the job very well.

It’s a great location and easily accessible. Just a short stroll or ride to the main attractions. The place was also very clean and the staff was super kind and helpful.

Breakfast servings times could be earlier..

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff service. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to find with directions supplied. Approx 15-20 mins walk from the main tourist area of Florence but a very pleasant walk with plenty bars/restaurants very close by. Great breakfast but could be served a little earlier as I had an early checkout and only managed to grab a banana from the table before leaving.

Personally, I cannot complain about anything. To be honest, I expected less and was surprised.

This is a super cute Hotel which is managed by lovely people. The highlight is the location. So close to many great sightseeing spots in the city. Special thanks to Silvia for advices and talks.

There unfortunately was a problem with the AC but a good alternative was already in place when we arrived.

Wonderfully charming boutique Italian hotel. Check in was quick despite being in the hotel opposite. Our host was charming and nothing was too much. Breakfast was plentiful after a fantastic nights sleep.

This small boutique hotel strikes the perfect balance between the charm of an Airbnb and the convenience of a well-run hotel, without any of the usual Airbnb hassles like cleaning duties or waiting around for someone to let you in. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Sylvia, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She even allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a stylish, cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, much larger than what you'd typically expect in central Florence. Breakfast was great, served around a large communal table that encourages a nice sense of community among guests. For those who prefer more privacy, there are also a couple of smaller, private tables on the side. The location is about a 20-minute walk from the old town, which we actually appreciated as it offered a quieter, more local feel while still being close enough to all the main attractions. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on the first floor of a traditional building and does not have a lift. If you're traveling with heavy luggage, it's something to be aware of but for us, it wasn’t a big deal.

Aircon wasn't working but temperatures didn't make this such an issue and it was e,xained that a part was being waited for. Light in the bathroom could have been better.

Lovely public areas and our room (no4) was spacious with a large bathroom. Celia, who presided over breakfast, was lovely and also provided useful information on restaurants/ sights etc.. The large table at breakfast encouraged interaction between guests ( although you could tale yourself away to a table for 2) and we met some nice fellow holidaymakers.

There was nothing not to like. Just have in mind that there is no elevator.

Amazing staff, clean and comfortable room, spacious and cozy breakfast area with an amazing breakfast, nice park nearby for children. We will definitely stay there again since we truly felt like home.

Hair dryer - I’ll recommend you pack your own in the suitcase.

Great location within walking distance to all the main attractions including the AC Fiorentina football stadium, Academia Galleria, Duomo etc. Loved the day to day residential neighbourhood for local people watching. The host lady was very warm and charming - she kindly arranged a small bottle of complimentary Prosecco for my husband’s birthday

Location was a little far but we were walking in rain so that exasperated the distance . Fabulous helpful car park and attendant .

Host could not have been more helpful with her welcome and was keen to provide for gluten free. The decor was cool and. The breakfast dining table very stylish .Good spread of items at breakfast and delicious soy cappuccinos most appreciated.
