If you want to enjoy some breakfast before leaving the room, a couple of plates and some cutlery would be nice although the apartment isn't suitable for dining.

Very nice apartment with a good location and a lovely view - although you can't see the very last of the sunset from the balcony but have to step outside the perimeter. You have to climb some steps and slopes to get there, but it is manageable. The only disadvantage about living close to the train station is the announcements on the speaker system which you can hear when you're outside although you can't see the station itself. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything in the bathroom worked well. Manarola - or Cinque Terre in general - aren't really suitcase friendly why we suggest that you will carry a backpack instead.

The room was very clean and set up in an efficient manner. There was a coffee machine with pods and sugar, 2 bottles of water in the fridge. The washroom was well stocked. When we requested a kettle, Natalia was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

There was construction next door. Except for early morning and late at night, it was pretty loud. There was a sewage smell you can sometimes smell in the terrace. Could have a bigger trash can in the main room if staying for more than 1 night.

Clean, light and bright. Having our own private balcony. Air conditioning helped us to sleep well. Close to the central area of Manarola but quiet in the evenings so you could relax away from the crowds. Easy to communicate with the host.

The directions to the apartment from the train station were a little confusing, and of course the walk was quite steep at times with a lot of stairs. You can hear the announcements from the train station during most of the day and into the night.

The balcony had a stunning view of the ocean and the town, perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The communication from the host was great, and the apartment facilities met all of our needs.

I had the pleasure of staying at Alex Room recently, and I was absolutely blown away. The place was impeccably clean, with all the necessities and more. The host even included a guide book and coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. The Airbnb itself is spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed. The host was responsive and helpful. They provided me with clear instructions on how to get to the room and check in. I would highly recommend Alex Room to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cinque Terre. Here are some specific things I liked about the Airbnb: It was very clean and tidy. It had all the necessities, such as towels, bed linens, toiletries, wine glasses, and guide book. The Airbnb was spacious and well-decorated. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions and amenities that [city] has to offer. The host was responsive, helpful, and attentive to detail. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to others.

There is a bit of a steep climb and steps to get to the apartment , anyone with mobility issues could possibly find it hard work . I personally found the train announcements a little bit annoying but there’s nothing that can be done about it .

Lovely clean room, with a stunning view. In a very central location with a good train link to the surrounding villages. We visited in November so the village and the the apartment block were very quiet, some of the local shops and restaurants were closed , but this suited us. All in all we had a really good stay and would stay there again.
