The property was well situated for Romes termi train station about four minutes walk away. My room so basic was well looked after.

Our room was facing the front so very busy road outside. Didn’t really bother us but worth knowing. We were on floor with reception so lively from 7.30am outside room. Again not really bothered us because we can fall in and out of sleep.

Lovely bright room. Big window overlooking the trees. Great shower! super instant hot water. Lovely modernised bathroom. Housekeeping daily. Great location for the money. We walked everywhere. 20k steps to Vatican City and back but manageable in cooler temperatures. Metro nearby if preferred.

We only had one set of keys, which was a little inconvenient as we had different plans. The elevator was charming but too small for our luggage and the place is on the second floor (five flights of stairs)

Good location for our purposes, between Termini and the University. Comfortable room with private bathroom. The air conditioning worked well (very important as it was 35 degrees in Rome during our stay). The staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

(1) Location closer to Roma Termini (10 minutes walk), next to Metro bus 492 that connects numerous points of attractions in Rome and Vatican City and Castro Pretorio Metro (5 minutes, good connection to Colosseum). (2) Fresh towels and room service every day (3) best air condition

I can't say anything negative.

Close to Termini station and some attractions. The hostel and the room are neat and clean (there is a mini fridge). Helpful and kind host. After check-out, you can leave your bags at the reception until 7:00 p.m.

AC was working very good,but its location - even on smallest setting - cold blow to face when laying in bed. Walls - allready needs some repainting. Cleaness could be improved ;) But generally - all good and happy with room and service.

Very good location, enough space, guite silent in rooms, comfy beds, good furniture. Everyday new towels. We arrived before 12, and we were given room - thats very good !!!

Man at reception was rude, but that seems to be the Italian standard behaviour.

Convenient location. Only 10 minutes from Roma Stazione Termini. A good number of restaurants in the area. The hotel/guest house is located in a private estate.

no water kettle to make tea or coffee. Air conditioning is very very loud. you can hear the elevator beeping.

very close from Termini station. there were clean towels every day and emptied trash. It is cleared every day. There is a small refrigerator. Extra pillow and blanket. wifi was good. And don't forget - this is budget accommodation!!!

Great location. An easy, short walk from Roma Termini. Room was larger than expected and quiet. Great shower and comfortable bed. The building itself was a fabulous introduction to Italy with its marble stairs, cage elevator, tiles, courtyard and shuttered windows. Loved it!

Heating is with AC - so air condition in the room gets dry. Hard to enter the building for check-in (position is correct in the maps - there is a metal door and 3 different buildings inside).

Very close to Termini station. A couple of bus lşnes stops at the streets (wonderful if you have RomaPass) - easy to go back after a long day. Very friendly workers.

General was clean but the sheets wasn’t enough white, there was some little stains.
