How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We didn’t find any negative aspects during our stay.
Very convenient location close to the sea, clean room and daily cleaning. Special thanks to the staff – everyone was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

Water pressure in the showers were WAAAAY to low, so the temperature too was difficult to handle.
Personal was always available, except for the deep nights. Hygiene was unbelievable, they came to clean our rooms even 2 times per day. We booked months in advanced, so that might be part of the reason, but the price was extremely honest was how spacious the rooms were.

Very thin walls. Our neighbors were so loud and would come back at 1-2am and wake everyone up. The whole stay we could not get a good rest at night. The hotel staff did speak to them, but that did not resolve the issue. But we understand that there is only so much they can do. You can also hear all the conversations in the rooms when standing in the hall. Also, the bed that is part of the bunk bed was rather uncomfortable.
Clean room, good breakfast, very friendly and professional staff, perfect location close to the beach and a 20 min walk from the center of Rimini. We also had a balcony with a nice view on the sea.

Very well positioned, on a quiet street, but still close to the beach and promenade. We were there in the wintertime. Room and the bed was very comfortable. They cleaned the room daily. Breakfast was good, too. Staff friendly. Grazie!

Breakfast could do with more fresh fruit. Coffee from machine wasn’t that hot. And couldn’t toast bread.

Lighting in the room is not great, and shower does not have a shower handle, just a very dated and unsightly looking shower head. The room I stayed in needs a bit of updating, but it was still very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast (included in the price) at the hotel Tiberius across the street was phenomenal. Location is perfect, off of main avenue with all the cafes and restaurants, but the street is quiet. Minutes from the beach, 15 minute walk to train station/bus stop/shuttle to San Marino. A/C, desk, closet space, balcony. Clean and comfortable, good value, friendly receptionists, family owned business, held my bags after check out. It deserves a higher rating on booking.com

The breakfasts are delicious, there is something to choose for every taste. The hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach, which is an incredible advantage

The bed was hard and give us back pain and we had to go in to the opposite hotel for the breakfast, and the breakfast was just okay, they had a machine for the coffee, I would not expect that in Italy.
We have been there for the Sigep fair, and the room was good, spacious, we had 2 bed separated by a wall and a door, my friend and I could sleep alone, we also had a huge terrace. It was also really central, and easy to reach everything you need.

Bedbugs. I thought this is mosquito but ended up with bedbugs which came back with me to my apartment and I had to sterilize it.
