Our room was pretty small and was clearly adapted for those with physical health issues or disabilities, so it felt quite clinical.

My room was very small. Perhaps i did not read the room description correctly on booking.com when selecting the room, but the space felt a lot smaller than the 18m2 listed in the room description on booking.com. I would not say the room could suitably accommodate more than one person, as there was barely enough space to move around the bed. You could basically go from the bed directly into the bathroom. Also not enough space for more than one small suitcase. The room, situated on the first floor, also had very minimal soundproofing. You could hear everything from the street as well as inside the hotel, including people slamming the doors and talking in the hallway. The door to my room would actually move a bit when other doors were slammed. WiFi was also not great. I would also suggest cleaning the bathroom floors a lot more thoroughly.

I was very uncomfortable upon arriving in the lobby and seating area. There were multiple images of the racist Italian cartoon character Bilbolbul hung on the walls. While the character has been updated from the original, the concept and story line are offensive nonetheless. For this reason, I cannot rate Phi Hotel highly.

The staff was helpful and very efficient. The location is excellent for exploring the historic city center. Taxis can pick up and drop off in front of the hotel. A huge plus for those with early morning or late arriving flights. The room was clean and decorated with a lobster theme - fun.

The room felt a little worn-in, with a few scuff marks on the walls and stains on the carpet.

The location, the restaurant and the hotel staff were excellent. The room was nice too, with a very comfortable bed. Would recommend to others.

The counter space in the bathroom is minimal, and the air conditioning unit is in the living room - so you don’t get the benefit of the air con in the bedroom while sleeping if you close the door (which you need to do if you want blackout sleeping conditions).

We stayed in one of the apartments, which provided plenty of space - especially by European hotel standards. The location was perfect for exploring Piazza Maggiore, Quadrilatero Market and Mercato delle Erbe, along with countless restaurants.

Parking was quite expensive, and there was no room service available.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of food and fresh cold-pressed juices. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff were all kind and helpful, and the location is perfect—just steps from the city centre. The complimentary coffee and pastries available throughout the day were a lovely touch.

Rooms overlooking the road were quite noisy and we could also hear noise from the corridor, which wasn't often but did wake us on a few occasions.

Central location, rooms clean and modern, some quirky features. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Nice Osteria next door which is part of the hotel.

A great hotel in a brilliant location. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quirky and reasonably well equipped. A few very little things went wrong, but they were fixed quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was varied and plentiful - roasted veg with breakfast was welcome. We would definitely stay again.
