Dear Manuel, Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent stay at Hotel Chiusarelli. We're pleased you enjoyed the location and breakfast, but we're sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We've taken note of your comments regarding the room size, facilities, access, and costs. The lack of an elevator, advertised on all booking websites, is due to the fact that the hotel, dating back to 1870, is classified. Due to numerous architectural restrictions, no authorization can be granted for the installation of an elevator. For this reason, we help our guests with their luggage, as we did with you. Regarding parking, upon your arrival, you were given a map showing where to park in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, and there are plenty of both paid and free parking lots. We are sorry for the inconvenience related to parking: unfortunately, the internal spaces are limited, and we also want to point out that regarding parking, the description on the website where you made your reservation is as follows: "Public parking available in the area and not bookable at a cost of 2 EUR per hour". The parking described is the one at the stadium, just a two-minute walk from the hotel, paid during the day and free at night, while between 5 and 10 minutes walk there are many free parking spaces available.
