Nice family-run hotel. Breakfast and dinner were decent, and a good value. We were allowed to check-in early at 10:00, and also able to get a free parking spot behind the hotel.

A litle bit far away from the center!, a little bit too small rooms and a little bit noisy area as the train pass 2 streets close to the hotel.

In September, we stayed at this hotel for a week with my family and our small dog, and it was an incredible experience. We were truly lucky to meet Andrea and his aunt Cristina who are running this hotel. A whole staff were super nice, helpful and provide such high standards in customer service as it was seen that they do their job by their hearts. They served really delicious breakfasts and dinners with local food. Also, it has a great location just 5-minute walking to the beach and good options for parking. Thank you very much Cristina and Andrea for your amazing hospitality and for creating such a positive atmosphere with an authentic Italian vibes!

All the time the staff tried to speak Russian to us, even though we speak English and a bit Italian😂 During the cleaning I think they just make beds, because the room was full of sand.

Good location near the sea, nice restaurants and bus stops. Very positive staff. Special thanks to Velux windows and tasty lunch, that we had occasionally.

The double bed is kinda short, my legs were out, the sleeping was not that comfortable :( Suggestion to change something in the breakfast every two days, it will be refreshing.

The very friendly staff, always smiling and joking, very kind. (Thank you for your hospitality). It has great location, 150m to the beach and surrounded by restaurants but yet in a quiet street. The rooms are small but very clean. Room service changing towels every day and taking out garbage, just great! Breakfast is tasty, always food on the table whenever you go. The only thing is that it is every day the same, it gets a little bit boring, but tasty anyway. Overall great value for the money, i recommend it!

Parking space is very limited, but it’s hard to point it as a hotel failure. Area is fully commercialized, each spot counts.

Really great location, 300m to the beach area / 30 min by walk to the city center. it’s quite new hotel as we spoke with the staff but, the concierge and rest of staff was amazing. You can fell it’s a full Italian family business. Trust me, maybe it’s a 2 star hotel but You’re going to be treated better than in many 4-5 stars hotels near that place. Atmosphere is amazing, wine and food is great. For that price you will struggle to find anything similar to that.

Room: small, old, bathroom not cleaned properly. I was really disappointed. Breakfast: no vegetable. If you expect traditional italian cakes for breakfast, forgot on it. Semi- finished product from supermarket.

The hotel location is good, near to beach and restaurants. Hotel provide free parking for guests, even it is about 10 minutes walk away - big advantage in Rimini. We have booked breakfast and dinners. Dinners were really great, only you have to be prepared for italian traditional cusine. Andrea is great and very helpful.

1. The free parking lot is located far far away from the hotel, around 600 - 700 meter away! 2. Breakfast is terrible, small breakfast room with too many people, it was over crowded, just like in a morning market, the food quantity and quality both not good. 3. No hot water since we check-in in the evening. I was in the shower with a lot of shampoo on my hair and the hot water stopped suddenly, I had to finish my shower with ice cold water. My hubby informed the onwer about the issue and he promised to settle it as soon as possible but only on the next morning, shortly before we check-out, the hot water problem was finally solved! I talked to the onwer during breakfast but he answered, "It's not my problem, you are unlucky, now the problem is solved, just 10 minutes ago!" .This is a horrible experience for us. 4.The bathroom is new but the toilet bowl was very dirty and black, I had to clean the toilet bowl by myself before I could use it! 5. The room is very small, not enough space for 2, not comfortable.

The room is very small but clean and new with a balcony. The balcony is a bonus! Friendly people. Good location. Good price. Free parking.

Room was under the roof, with corners under slanted beams and roof, which did not allow to walk upright in the room. I wish it had been advertised better, and consequentially cheaper. Little or no space in the streets around the hotel. Parking (free, thank you!) is a few minutes' walk away, which is just to be expected in central Rimini, whose urban planning defects cannot be ascribed to the hotel... Cappuccino was from a German machine rather than Italian bar-quality.

Reasonably priced, very friendly manager. Generous breakfast.
