We didn’t realise there were two flights of stairs to climb (we are fairly elderly). The hostess kindly helped carry our luggage.

The breakfast was substantial, and the dining room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was within walking distance of the train station, and nicely situated near the square, with bars and restaurants.

Very clean. Lovely character building close to the Madona de Triano church and train line passing through town. A 25-minute walk from the train station. It was very reasonably priced and a good breakfast included.

This is a nice, basic but very comfortable place to stay. I only had a brief overnight stop but was very happy there. My room was spacious, comfortable bed, very clean and completely quiet at night. It is right next to the Bernina train line which I'd just been on. Also, they provided a substantial take away breakfast bag as I had a 6am train.

Staff - very nice, welcoming, helpfully, and ready to serve their clients from their best knowledge and capabilities including catering in their restaurant in the hotel, although it is a small restaurant when compared to others, they provides nice Italian food, you must try - Highly recommended.

I did not have high expectations for 48 euro a night, so I'd say nothing to complain about.

for the price I paid (48 euro), I really enjoyed the hotel, room, view, location and breakfast. Of course, the hotel is not fancy and breakfast is basic but in terms of value for money, I was rather surprised.

I enjoyed the entire experience. The room and bathroom had ample room for a number of people. The staff were courteous and worked hard to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was diverse and filling. The restaurant served good simple meals at reasonable prices.

Very nice atmosphere if you are looking for a stay with local touch. Staff really helpful and pleasant, and especially the young guy that deals with bookings. Thumps up for the perfect room temperature and the walking distance to everything you may wanna see. Madonna di Tirano is right at the corner...

Some where to make a coffee and get a glass of water would of be nice.

Lovely location with a beautiful view of the mountains out of our window. Easy walk to restaurants, bakery and a local shop to get a few supplies. As we were leaving early the next morning the host gave us a breakfast to take with us which was very nice.

This was an ideal place to stay for a night. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, with a spotless bathroom. About 15 minutes walk from the train station in a very pretty town.
