The property is close to all major highways and main roads. The pool area is very nice and the surrounding view are spectacular. Food is incredible with all fresh ingredients and very flavorful. You will not be disappointed with this property. The staff can’t do enough for you and are ready for all your needs. Truly amazing. AAA+++ Spectacular

Furniture on the room must be updated. Better Kindness from the reception.

Location is amazing! Inside the nature we enjoy a lot. Swimming pool very good. Just the rooms need to update the furniture. Breakfast very good. I will recommend to my friends.

Air conditioning did not work well and no screens on windows or doors (which is common in Italy)

The red bed covers look very dated. The shower does not close all the way so the water comes out. There were no tissues to be found. The music at the pool is too loud! And starts early so beware.

The pool was nice (but cold) The rooms were clean but the dated red coverlets need to go!! The long tree lined driveway was beautiful. Excellent cappuccinos. Near our family we were visiting and would def stay again!!!

All of the staff went beyond my expectations and it felt like I was staying at home. We have a family member with celiac and the selection of gluten free, non cross contamination foods were a great surprise. I think we have decided that this will definitely be a repeat property to visit. Thank you everyone at the Uliveto :)

The pool was not Open for the season yet 😊

This was not our first visit to Ulvieto! This is in the countryside south of Rome in the small town of Veroli, rolling hills, Olive trees, Jasmine in full bloom, Roses everywhere- Now the best part- if you take a little time to talk to the staff many of whom are the founders children, in laws etc you will become like family U do have to initiate the conversation! They will not infringe on your space unless you want them to- Then the food it’s as good as it gets- The area is well known for its high quality local cuisine- We love it possibly the best Pasta in all of Italia!!!! If you want a taste of Central Italia make this a stop for yourself, day trips to Fiuggi, MonteCasino, caves and just beautiful back roads! Enjoy

Breakfast was horrible… not many options and very unhealthy. Literally few croissants and cakes. Had ants in the room and in beds, beds very uncomfortable and furniture outdated. Air con was working on and off. Parties till 1 am with fireworks. Swimming pool closed at 6 pm which is too early
