The location was literally minutes from the ferry stop, close to the lake, bars, cafes etc. We travelled from Pecheria.

Beautiful little hotel built into the mountain. Charming room, delicious and plentiful breakfast. Helpful and charming staff. The location is PERFECT with stunning views over the lake. We absolutely loved it there and hope to come back.

Brilliant location right next to the small harbour. Room was very clean and well maintained. You get to reserve a table on the outside veranda as a guest to enjoy the great views and fantastic food.

There was nothing at all.

The welcome at the hotel was warm and friendly. The check in process was seamless and Maria took very good care of us. The room was excellent, clean and offered great views of the lake. The bathroom was a good size and the usual toiletries were provided. The room was serviced daily. The upper floors are serviced by a lift. A parking arrangement is provided. The staff throughout the hotel were extremely customer focussed and always smiled and exchanged pleasantries when going by. The restaurants both upstairs and downstairs provided a varied menu and meals and drinks were reasonably priced. Must give a “shout out” to Paolo and the team in the downstairs restaurant, they provided excellent service and always with a smile. Overall this hotel is exceptional and we highly recommend it for an enjoyable and very comfortable stay.

The shower was surprisingly small considering the size of the bathroom.

Such a great spot. Overlooking the old port and a fabulous view, great places to eat, and the on site restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. Staff were great, bed comfy and the bathroom was huge.

Room remind some mountain house, view more than excellent from the balcony! Recommend it! Additionally, staff very polite, kind and helpful. Food in hotel's restaurants delicious. Morning coffee was the best in all Italy what i have tried.

Noisy AC in the room which had to be turned off.

Property overlooks a small, quaint fishing harbour with great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel hosts its own restaurant with great food on the menu at reasonable prices. A 15 min uphill walk brings you to a nice waterfall where you can walk in peace and tranquility.

A perfect little gem in the heart of Limone. The hotel provided us with everything that we wanted and more during our 4 night stay. What a fantastic little hotel and restaurant, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fantastic with amazing views and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location is perfect and we felt very lucky to be staying here as the many tourists snapped photos of our beautiful home for the break.

Wonderful place, nothing to dislike.

We had a lovely comfortable room with a balcony. The view was beautiful from every window. Parking was easy and we were picked up by golf cart straight to the room. There is a yummy restaurant downstairs and the breakfast room (breakfast was wonderful) has a balcony with views of the lake.

Good hotel in awesome location. Great selection for breakfast. Bonus havingfree secure offsite parking with shuttle to & from hotel with luggage. Very central and nice restaurant.

The comb in the complementary toiletries had been used before. Found few long blonde hairs attached when taking out it out the box.

Excellent location, breakfast and parking included. Good communication in regard to parking beforehand and dropped off few steps away from hotel. Lovely seeing hotel lit up at night, minus the crowds. Basic room without a view but spent so little time in it. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake on the morning. Also had great meal in the restaurant downstairs. Would stay again.
