The room was super tiny as was the bathroom. No closet or drawers to put your clothes in.

Stayed at the hotel from August 25 to 28. The location is great.; right on the lake. Walking distance to everything. The town of Varenna is great for a relaxing vacation. The staff were super helpful with everything including booking a taxi and finding a bus to Milan. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices.

The rooms was clean with nice facilities and a small balcony with lake view. Very charming! The breakfast was good, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and lovely people. Accommodated some extra needs of ours and gave helpful advice for our travels also. I cannot thank them enough - Bravo!

The steps up to the apartment were much as there was 4 stories of steps and is a lot with luggage

We stayed in the Casa Gialla which felt like such a treat. We were able to have the comfort of an apartment feel with the amenities of a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was superb with a breathtaking view each morning. Nothing beats strolling around the city streets early morning and late evening when there are no crowds. Highly recommend!

View was incredible and access to restaurants and the town was exceptional. Staff in the main hotel were helpful and welcoming. Breakfast plentiful. The balcony beside the lake was worth the trip.

There is no elevator in the building but we expected this from reading the previous reviews. The entire varenna is full of stairs as well so nothing out of the ordinary.

Cozy hotel with friendly and personable staff! Rather clean. The hotel building itself is probably quite dated but well refurbished! Location is great as well - near enough to the station yet also very close to the lakeside as well.

Breakfast buffet is good but a little variance everyday would be a good addition. We stayed for 3 nights, would be great to have a little twist of the breakfast each day.

The property is overlooking the Lake Como. They have a buffet breakfast on a big terrace over looking the mountains and the lake. The view from this terrace is breathtaking. The staff are so kind, Betina is so sweet. They are helpful in anyway they can. The room is clean with good kind of towels, love their bath soap. The smell of the room is magical. Love it! Love it !

Our room was close to the road and it was actually very noisy from traffic . The bed was super comfy .

The breakfast was great and the terrace was amazing to eat it on !
