56 steps to the 3rd floor; 9inch step across the room; 2 tiles missing in bathroom; paint peeling off the ceiling and Formica missing off the bed end; when will they learn to do a little maintenance?

The room was a bit so/so. It worked fine, but if the toilet door was open you couldn’t open the door to the room. This was the case when I arrived and I tripped down the small stair to the room. All in all ok though, I definitely got what I paid for.

I like the location, very close to both train station and the city. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The only way to reach our rooms was by climbing three flights of stairs. This is too much, especially if you have luggage. Absence of elevator is the only reason I would consider a different hotel. The rest was quite pleasant for the price..

Excellent location in the city. The room is small but comfortable. The street is noisy, and we could not keep the windows opened at night, but a/c was working well.

Third bad was as extra bad so not completely comfortable.

The staff are very kind, location is excellent, everything is clean, interior is nice. We stayed for one night and most important for us was to be near the city center.

Unfortunately it was really noisy at night in my room, even with closed windows, wearing earplugs... It's quite expensive for what they offer.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. I liked my room with ensuite bathroom. The location is great close to a supermarket and the old town.

The hotel staff was very hospitable. The location was excellent - all important places were easily accessible on foot. This, of course, meant that sounds from the street could be heard in the hotel room at night. The room was clean, quite decent and met all the needs. There was a choice of breakfast and it was delicious and filling. I would choose this place if I travelled to Brescia again.

The walls of the bathroom and the room need some painting work.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close to the attractions , shops and restaurants. The railway and bus stations are also quite close. The breakfast was good with continental breakfast. The room is nice and clean.

The best thing about this hotel is the superb location in the heart of this beautiful city yet only a short walk from the station and the metro.

- lack of elevator - little space in room - dirty floor in the bathroom - old windows- do not dampen extrenal noise - window to the street - no blinds - thin door to the room- you can hear noise from the corridor - old and dirty hair- dryer - lack of kettel (despite the fact it was mentioned in the description) - no handset in the shower

- proximity to the train station- about 10 min - central location- about 10 min - safe neighbourhood - very friendy staff - staff available at reception until 2 AM - near to Italmark (well- stocked market)

The bathroom was very old looking, no window in it with plastic accordion door that wasn't closing properly.

Room was nice size, equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, chair and TV. It was clean and peaceful, even though it was situated very central. There is option for a near underground parking for half price if staying in this accommodation. Reception and staff very nice and helpful.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and I woke up a couple of times during the night. The toilet seat was not possible to have in upright position. It fell down. The water pipes were mixed up between hot and cold. The stairway is not a separate firecell in case of fire.

I liked that we got breakfast prepared the day before and delivered to our rooms. Great with a fridge.

Bedroom furniture a little tired.

A value for money hotel in a great location for the historic sites the city has to offer. Clean, with good quality towels and decent shower.
