The entrance, it needs a little refurbishment, in particular the chandeliers.

We loved the beach and pool side area in particular. Breakfast was excellent . We will come back .

Wonderful Concierge who was over and above helpful. All the staff were wonderful. The history and the mood of the hotel is so unique and fabulous that we definitely want to come back again. A special thankyou goes to our wonderful Bar man Salvatore who was attentive, humorous and warm and the Bar manager aswell.

The restaurants at the hotel were not of interest to me but there are many in the nearby towns.

The hotel is beautiful and has a wonderful location directly on the water with its own private beach. Fabulous breakfast buffet and very helpful concierge.

No late checkout and when I asked they immediately said my room was spoken for - but they forgot to ask me my room number first - which meant it was an obvious false statement as it was early in the week and the hotel was not full.

Salt pool was amazing to lounge around Hotel was walking distance to great places like Mezzatore for dinner Breakfast was the best experience I've ever had at any hotel in Italy or Europe TBH Hotel had a wide range of pool options and was a beautiful sea scenic view Huge property so it felt like you were in a private estate with very little people to bother you Picked up from the port in a Tesla - 1 of the only 2 on the island Evening staff were by far the most helpful in giving us strong local options to truly experience our time. Confusing to get to the pool the first time but after that it was definitely easier! Would have liked a couple more food options as there are only a couple in the hotel itself.

Pick-up from the ferry port was easy to book with the concierge and he was very responsive. The shuttle was about 15-20 min from the port to the hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The pool was nice and quiet with staff to help with towels and umbrellas. The room was very large - we also had a balcony with a garden view that looked at the mountain on Ischia. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again.

The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. We were given two toppers that helped, but not really enough. They need softer mattresses.

Loved everything. Hotel staff were waiting on the dock to receive us from our boat. We were taken straight to our room without any pesky procedure in the lobby. The restaurants are delicious. We especially loved the poolside service. Swimming from the jetty is amazing. The location next to the Main Street of the town was convenient and charming.
