Newly renovated place that is very centrally and conveniently located. Room was quiet as it was facing the interior courtyard.

AC was complicated to use

Lovely boutique hotel located in a pedestrian area and square surrounded by lovely shops and a multitude of restaurants. Staff were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating to anything you needed. The room was very clean and cozy.

Had a great stay here. Good breakfast, location was close to lake/ferries. Walkable to/from train with suitcase. Staff very helpful.

No fridge in the room

Location - in the heart of Como, close to the embankment, restaurants and attractions, but not noisy at all. Lady at the reception is very friendly and helpful, advised best places to visit for short stay

This is a small friendly, family run hotel in a good location in Como for all of the attractions. My wife and I felt that it was like a ‘home from home’, the room was very good, the food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 8 nights and loved it! We ate in the restaurant every night except Wednesday, their night off.

Nothing it was just what we wanted.

Very clean and well located hotel

There was no duvet inner on our bed as a result we got very cold at night.

The location of the hotel was excellent- very central and walking distance to everywhere you wanted. The room itself was a good size and comfortable and had reliable air conditioning. It was facing an internal court yard, which was nicely maintained and very pleasant with nice tables and chairs and plants and a relaxed ambience, which meant noise was minimal most of the time. The room had free water and a coffee machine, which gave you a few free coffee pods to use, which was a very welcome addition for me in the mornings.

Although the noise was minimal for the most part, there was some noise in the evenings when I could hear staff and punters from the hotel's pizza restaurant on the ground floor. The room faced an inner court yard, which was fine, although it also meant that if someone was sitting there, they could see right into your room, and house keeping kept the curtains open after they had been there each morning, which wasn't amazing for privacy. This was easily remedied by just closing the curtains when I got into the room.

The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and have air conditioning . The desk folks were friendly and helpful.

The location is very convenient as far as walking around the city and to the sights you’d like to see. It is in the pedestrian zone, so if you’re arriving by car, you must find parking in one of the 3 large parking garages on the perimeter of the pedestrian zone. When we visited, 2 of the garages were full, and you need GPS to find an alternative garage. Parking in Como is stressful . This is not the hotel’s fault of course. It’s just something to be prepared for if you want to visit Como.

All people in hotel is very nice

Very close to many attractions and transportation options. Beautiful area old town of Como.

The reception is there only until 11 pm. Felt a bit weird, in case of any emergency.

We loved our room that was big enough for 3 people

Central location, 10 min from the train station and 5 min from the ferries. Very clean, comfortable, AC worked very well. Great breakfast, the owners were very welcoming, went out of their way to prepare breakfast before the standard hours, so we can eat before we catch an early train. Very quiet, although it was in a busy street. We loved our 2 nights stay in the junior suite.

Fabulous staff. Restaurant below was really good. Room large and had everything needed. Absolutely fabulous location. Thoroughly recommend.

The location is exceptional. The hotel is in the centre of the historic centre. You need to park in a nearby parking (5 min walking). The staff are vary friendly and helpful

Close proximity to old town centre and Lake Como. Clean room and good facilities even though we were in a disabled facilities room.

Air con broke on last night and wife had little sleep due to heat.

Breakfast was ordinary.

Breakfast was starting at 08.00 am ,I would prefer the breakfast starting time at 07.00 am ot at least 07.30 am

Bathroom blinds need to be thicker and AC a bit cooler
