We booked this last minute and hadn't realised how remote it is - its a few Km up a small road above the lake in a small village, ideal for walkers or mountain bikers. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when I asked about gluten free food at dinner they had nothing specific on the menu, but the chef understood my needs and gave me some options and the food was amazing. We ate there both days we stayed and next day they had got in some extra GF ingredients. There was a lovely local atmosphere, and we felt very welcome and enjoyed sitting outside with a drink in the evening. The views of the lake were incredible from the hotel and it was always spotlessly clean. It was also superb value, next time we travel around here we'll stay here again

Id struggle to find a problem. No air con in the room? There are big windows. Parking was on street? Its a tiny and quiet village

Amazing views over the mountains and lake. The restaurant of the albergo had really good pizzas too. The facilities were good and clean

Great location and views from the hotel, the owners and staff were very kind, the room was impeccably clean with a comfy bed and daily service, there is a restaurant on-site with delicious meals for dinner. A lovely, well-managed hotel altogether.

Wi-Fi was dropping in my room at times, plus the bathroom was fairly small, but these are rather minor things that have no impact on the overall rating.

The dinner was great! We are bikepacking on mountain bikes and it was important for us to be able to store the bikes somewhere safe. We could bring them in the hallway no problem. The staff is also very friendly, especially the lady that saved us breakfast. Our room looked towards Lago di Como, it was gorgeous. Very laid back and good place, excellent value for money. We'd gladly stay here again.

Breakfast only starts at 8 am.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, its being ran by a family and they are doing an amazing job running it. Its on location with some amazing views, under the hotel there is also a restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner!

Peaceful Location

It's definitely my first choice to stay in Como area. Amazing hospitality !!!

All was great

Simple room but everything is high quality. Bed is so comfortable. everything in the washroom is nice. And staff so friendly. Food is also quite good. Only one thing, If you wanna reach here be sure you r a good driver. But everything worth it.

gorgeous views over lake Como. Room very decent, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was honest for the price, we hot some croisants, bread and fresh fruit, salami, concentrated juice, and a little local cake. Coffee was excellent. Cleanliness was great. There was at least one schuko socket in the room.

The tradeoff for the great views is that you have to drive up the side of the mountain for 15-20 mins.

a dream location, just like in Italian movies. A gorgeous house in an idyllic village. The house offers you everything you need for a successful stay. The pictures reflect reality perfectly. And what can I say about the host, a 10-star guy. Perfect communication. Thank you for everything

The location is absolutely exquisite. The most incredible view I’ve ever woken up to in my entire lifetime. Staff are divine. So kind and warm.

Not much!!! This is ideal for any stay. I’d advise a car :) it’s a windy way up the mountain !!
