United StatesThere’s no elevators but at least you guys had helpers during check in to help us bring up all of our luggages.
We loved how strong the AC was, the bathroom was super clean and the shower head pressure was awesome. The bed was also comfy and breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again, although my only complaint would be there’s no elevators so bringing 3 big luggages down from the 2nd floor was a bit much. Everything else was perfect!

Hotel Centrale has an amazing location right in the center of Cernobbio. Easy to walk the town, and 5 mins walk to the ferry to get you to Como and other places. Quiet, large, clean rooms with air-conditioning. The hotel breakfast is great, too!

United StatesThe bath/shower is poorly designed. Very tight to try to stand in the tube with the plumbing coming out of the side wall instead at the end of the tub. The tub leaked water onto the floor every time. Seemed to be coming from underneath the tub. Complete soaked the floor towel. Bed was very hard.
