How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very poor breakfast, when we saw it our first question was "What we can eat here??". Just cookies, sweet croissants and crackers. There were flakes, but no milk to add the them and no tables spoon to it them xD View from window is neighbour's building wall in 1/2 meters. The shower is in bad condition.
Clean and cozy hotel close to railway station. Polite and friendly staff.

The breakfast
The location was good, it is near the train station and you can walk to the hotel. You are near the shopping street in Napoli so it is good access to shops and restaurants. I didn't like the breakfast, just the coffee. It is almost all in plastic bags. The room was big, but you can hear traffic nocie.

The staff was really nice.Always helped us for everything.The cleaning was super!The position of the hotel was really good 👍. The only disadvantage is that they should put more salty food in the breakfast time!!:)

Unfortunately housekeeping very noisy, loud and arrogant. From 8:30 at morning i couldn't sleep anymore. Also they bother me during the breakfast and at 10:27 knocked at door and asked to check out. Also they don't speak English. Felt very disappointed about there attitude.
Very secure, clean, open 24 hours, comfortable room. Barman at morning was very polite and helpful.. Central location.

The neighborhood was little bit scared. Room insulation wasn't so very good.
The room was very clean and modern. Our room was quite big. Staff was friendly, we even got an earlier breakfast. And breakfast was very good for Italian standard.The traffic noise was very low. It was very close to railway station.

Well, position wise, it was super convenient. The only issue was that if you turned into some small streets ( which were advised by google, for example) instead of keeping on the main road ( Corso Umberto) then you would find yourself in not so nice situations (honestly quite scary). So be careful, especially if planning a solo trip and keep your wallets close.
The room was clean and the staff was quite friendly. Very italian style breakfast with croissants, marmalade, etc. but they also had some gluten-free/lactose-free cookies.

AC not working, we were sweating all night, also the bed was very uncomfortable. Looks bigger in the pictures. Window opened to an inside patio so the air did not move at all. Bit pricey for what you get.
It wss clean and well located 5/10min walk from the main station.

Breakfasts below standard. Over the course of five days, we only received a bread and modest deli meat breakfast on one day. On the remaining days, only a croissant was provided, provided you arrive a few minutes after 7:30. The room is not in the main building but in an old tenement house nearby, about two hundred meters from the reception.
Perfect location. Two minutes from Garibaldi station. Metro, trams, trains, double-decker city tour buses, all within reach, and walking distance to the port and other attractions. Clean, room serviced daily, but weak Wi-Fi in the tenement house next door. Essentially zero connectivity.

There wasn't any breakfast room. The breakfast was at the lobby of the 1st floor close to the rooms. Due to that all the floor was too noise.

Reception staff and although the location is very central, the neighbour is not pleasant and can be dangerous late night. No lift but just 1 floor.

The organization of the hotel is strange, and the actual addresses were two. Staff is dispersed around but somewhat manage to make things done. The neighborhood in the side streets is very dirty.
