As mentioned the room could have been a bit cleaner and made a bit more cozy.

The location is unbeatable especially with the free parking and breakfast. Could be cleaner and more modern but in all for the price it was a good deal. The room next to us was nicer than ours so I guess it could have been a better choice. The AC was not always on and in a fixed temperature but the staff was always ready to turn it on when asked. Having a small fridge was also a huge plus to store water and some perishables.

We had a room on ground floor, was very noisy. Can hear everything, from other rooms TV, doors should be more modern and new. Around the door has a gap, where is visible the lights at the corridor, and of course that's why is could hear every noise. need to refurbishing.

Safe private parking at the borders of a big busy Italian City! WoW! Nice room in Boccadasse; walking distance to the quaint and pittoresque fishermen's village of Boccadasse with colourful houses at a nice small bay. Breakfast basic but okay. Half an hour trip by public transport into Genova city centre Cattedrale San Lorenzo

We saw that reviews weren’t great but it was cheapest place available in Boccadasse and location looked good. Service average. One person very nice, but customer service a bit poor generally. Air con was on at 26 degrees when we arrived. We no access to turn air con down. Had to ask staff to do that as they Controlled it at reception. First night the staff turned it off in the night so it was hot in the night and next morning. Had to ask to have it switched on each time. Bit shabby but clean. No kettle in room and we’d have appreciated being able to have a cuppa. Parking was in very, very narrow space. Scratched car trying to get out and move past another parked car. breakfast ok. Good to have the option and a coffee croissants, toast, cereal and yogurt available.

Great location 10 mins from beach/old town/promenade towards Genoa, 2 mins from bus stop to Genoa (you do have to change bus or get metro half way. Buy ticket at tobacconist up the road) Near to Lidl and restaurants. Large bathroom. Had parking though this was a bit inconvenient. Was breakfast in price fridge in room.

Small ancient room, staff doesn't speak English, no elevator so you need to carry all your luggage upstairs to narrow stairs so not applicable with big checked luggage

This was totally OK 2 star place to sleep 2 nights for budget travellers. The room was small and ancient but it had everything we needed. The balcony is stunning beautiful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The parking in the hotel in yard is very good. The location is excellent, beach,Lidl and restaurants in the walking distance. None of the staff speaks English so if you have any questions or problems they are not able to help you.

Old hotel, could use some refurbishment, especially the shower. Staff spoke very little English.

Staff was helpful with bags and parking in the courtyard. Very good local restaurant close by with English menus.

Thin walls in the room, can be noisy in the night. Not a fancy room, just basic a bit cold for my girlfriend in the night.

Room is ok, nothing fancy but clean. The walls are not tick so you can hear some noise from the other rooms. The staff is super friendly and the location it's awesome only 3 minutes from Boccadasse. They have big parking and overall is what I was expecting.

Having to leave the room key at reception and be back at the hotel by midnight was a bit inconvenient.

Room dated and not looked after. Hole in bathroom door, shower leaked and was not as clean as it could have been. Lots of stains around the A/C unit. Whole place needs a lick of paint

The family that run it are absolutely lovely. They went out of their way to help us when we had an issue with our car. They are very special, every person we met had the same friendly, warm, and positive attitude. This is why I like small hotels. Plus the location - two minute walk from the amazing Boccadasse Beach, a little beach/bay that is a stunning part of Genoa. A true little gem.

The walls between rooms are thin and one can hear the television of the neighbour. The bed was a bit soft and slightly worn.

We had the room with balcony and a spacious bathroom. Staff was friendly and spoke some english. The Hotel is a bit dated, but somehow has already a cool retro charme. Breakfast was okay with Coffee, Croissant, Toast, Cornflakes and Juice. Just one hears the noises of neighbours as walls are thin between rooms. just 5 or 10 Minutes to the small beach and 15 min walk to Sturla railway station. Room was clean.

Most of the staff dont talk in English. The rooms walls very thin.

The staff was friendly. They lend me the phone charger for my stay and let me stay longer,before leaving. The place is very close to a nice promenade to walk and quiet a few cafe around.
