No kettle no mini fridge

It’s a budget hotel you get what you pay for but it was clean. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was free, but it is your typical European breakfast. The coffee was great, but you have to keep asking for coffee which I personally don’t like because I drink a lot of coffee and I don’t like to bother the staff and keep asking for coffee, but they will keep making you coffee. The rooms don’t have a mini fridge or a kettle, which I already know that, but it would’ve been great to have my room was tiny, but it was perfect just for me. The AC worked great. The showerhead was a little funky splattering everywhere but other than that, no other complaints slept well wasn’t loud was close to the train station. That’s mainly why I booked it. It’s a nine minute walk and I had a lot of luggage. Also, there’s a DM super close for your toiletries and other needs. Also a market like five minutes away. Lots of other budget friendly restaurants places to eat downstairs maybe like a 15 minute walk towards the center where the famous fountains at and all the other things people go there for.

I would have appreciate some vegetables at breakfast (like tomato, cucumber…) and a little fridge and a bin in the room.

The Hotel is close to the city center and the train station. Our room was clean, the air-conditioner worked well. All the staff was very kind. There were both salty and sweet options for breakfast and coffee was good too.

This specific room had a lower part and the upper part. Air conditioning was located in the lower part and bed was in the upper part so it had a reduced effect on the temperature.

Queen bed made up of 2 mattresses, one so badly collapsed, we had to pull it off the bed and turn it around.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The shower door, unfortunately, didn't close all the way, so water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was also a small smoking area that we unfortunately had to walk right through to get to our room, it left a very strong odor in the small area. The hotel kept the doors closed, but the small unfortunately just stayed in that small area.

The concierge was very friendly when we were checking in. The facilities were clean.

Unconfortable Pillows. There were mosquitoes. If we had known, we would have been more careful — like keeping the windows closed when the lights were on.

I had a 3rd bed in the room, I would have preferred a comfy seat instead as was travelling on my own but this would be a bonus for families or groups of friends. I didn't like walking up to find ants in my bed but these were treated very effectively and the 2nd night I slept alone.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was wonderful especially as it was 35 degrees C outside and this meant I had very good night's sleep

the bathtub wasn't very big

very comfy stay, great breakfast in the morning, a lovely hotel close to everything but on a side street so pretty quiet, it doesn't have a lot of rooms so was a bit quieter in general but I loved it here, the reception was open late so you didn't have to carry your key around with you and it was an actual key to your room, which was nice ;-)

Noise from other room can be heard, but only when it's very loud. For our room, we have to go up and down for few stairs after elevator. So if you have mobility issue, make sure you mention it to the hotel in advance, so you can get a room easily to walk to.

Breakfast is nice with fresh fruit and coffee. The room is spacious. Staffs are very nice.

Beds need new mattresses as they are thin. Pillows are super thin & hard, need updating. Walls are pretty thin, I could hear my neighbours above me & beside me every night & in the bathroom.

Staff & breakfast were good. Clean & good towels.

Shower could do with an upgrade.

Very central location, a few minutes walk from the train station and central bologna. Easy check in, lovely staff and simple but good breakfast. Room was clean and comfy with excellent aircon, bathroom too.
