Pro: very friendly staff, free parking outside or paid inside, ski deposit with boots dryer near the parking, only 10 minutes from Madonna di Campiglio parking, breakfast italian style, multiple options for diner, elevator .

The only disappointment was that we didn't find the food great.

Brilliant friendly and available staff. Very helpful indeed! They kindly allowed us to leave our suitcases in reception on checking out. Room was clean, nice decor and comfy with a spacious modern bathroom. We asked the owner for a kettle in the room but since they didn't have any (hopefully in the future!) he was happy to supply us with hot water anytime we wanted some.

Having a sauna would add so much value, as during winter everybody is coming for skiing. The mattresses should be replaced, too soft and not comfortable; the breakfast is very basic, some variation from one day to another would be nice. And hot water for the tea should be hot, the infusion was not able to be done as the temperature was not high enough.

Convenient location to the skilifts; very nice personnel; good discount for the skipass and dropping them at the end and receiving the guarantee. Enough parking places in front of the hotel. Even if not many options, the food was very good and the service excellent. Clean rooms, good skirooms.

Breakfast was the same each day, not too wide range of selection. Not enough furniture to pack our clothes.

Daily cleaning was a very nice surprise, comfortable beds, wonderful owners and staff who can solve all your requests. Small restaurant and bar available on the spot, ski room is well equipped.

Very good accommodation close to Madona di Campiglio ski slopes. The location is in Sant Antonio di Mavignola. Good food, warm family rooms, heated ski room. The room was cleaned every day. We went by car to the ski slopes.(around 10 minutes to Spinale parking)

Skiers need to take a car or a bus to get to ski-lifts in Madonna-di-Campiglio or in Pinzolo. This was known befora (and probably this was the reason of the availability of accommodation just few weeks before the arrival). Anyway, skiers prefer to walk to a ski-lift directly from a hotel.

Bad first impression on entry due to dated appearance of the bar, lack of replenishment of some breakfast items (cheese, ham, natural yoghurt, brown bread), lack of coffee machine for breakfast.

Very polite and helpful owners, always smiling dinner staff, very good dinners (thanks Chef!), very tasty and fresh croissants for breakfast, bathrooms are recently renovated with quality items (unfortunately with lack of aesthetic design), hot water for washing was reliable, cleanliness was top notch.

The people in the reception were very kind. The room is very big with awesome view. We had always a place for parking. Close to a beautiful lake to go in the evening.

Very friendly and kind staff. Dinner (2 courses) 18€/person, I can recommend La carne salada (Tyrolean specialty). Free parking. Clean and well-equipped room. Good location (close to Madonna di Campiglio).
